Our bungalow was immaculate and nicely updated. The property is well maintained and the beach access was nice to have (although it was a longer walk than I was expecting). The owner was friendly and helpful, but left us confused and concerned when we arrived to check in and the office was closed. There was a phone number posted but no one responded to calls or texts. We eventually tracked the owner down by wandering around the property until we found someone who knew where to find her.

Wasn’t clean when we arrived and received no service during stay. We had to request toilet paper since they left 1 roll for a family staying a week. We also had to take our trash to the dumpster daily. The office was unstaffed a lot because they were short housekeepers for cleaning. Outlets were uncovered, so it was not safe for small children. Ended up with an outlet blowing during the night while charging a cell phone, which sparked on the bed. Guy did come when called within about 10 minutes and it was replaced the next day. No cell phone reception at location and there were no phones in the room, which made things challenging. Stove was small sized with 2 burners. Oven could not fit a regular cookie sheet. Small fridge. Not a very well stocked kitchen, so bring your own cooking pans and utensils. Wood stove would not light and had not been kept clean. We were told to buy creosote logs after we complained, but we had already bought firewood and kindling. On the website it said they were dog friendly, but at check-in the lady said she was glad we decided not to bring our dogs.

There was very little silverware/plates/bowls. The lighting was also very poor. Different colored light bulbs throughout unit. Flickering lights/lamps. The WiFi was also unreliable and there’s little to no service there.

The grounds were poorly kept and I found a hypodermic needle under the nightstand in the bedroom when I had to move it to use the plug in. Expected more for almost 600. Bucks for 2 nights. No reception and very poor internet service

That it had great potential and was in a great location. The people who ran it seemed very nice just think they are short handed on staff.

Some things were getting in need of repair in the bathroom, such as a leaky toilet valve, cubbard door falling off or a towel rack half falling off. Just needing some minor repairs, other than that- the place is nice.

Loved the location, in a quiet setting with a walk to the beach. Place we stayed at was decorated beautiful and nice size room. Electric fireplace really put out the heat and was nice.

If the amenities were functioning, it would have been more enjoyable. This is a very utilitarian lodging, very comfortable bedding and warm. We were told the hot tub (a major reason to stay there would be available. It was not) so we were disappointed. But we did enjoy our stay.

This is an older, small resort, but the staff was wonderful and the units spotlessly clean, with comfortable, older furniture and a kitchenette stocked with kitchen and tableware. The pool was being rehabbed, but we enjoyed the hot tub. Only a few units were in use, in addition to ours, during our 2 day visit, and the evenings were quiet, but for the distant sound of the surf. We had a very relaxed and peaceful time, and we're already starting to plan for our next visit. Only problem was spotty wifi and poor cell reception, but that's okay if you want to "get away from it all" for a couple days.

Location was quiet and peaceful with an easy trail to the beach which we had prettymuch to ourselves. Playground for kids.

There wasn't much cooking utensils. Would be nice to have more so its easier to cook. Also, there was no cleaning supplies and sponges which made it difficult to clean up after yourself. They don't have housekeepers come in everyday so it would have been nice to have the extra necessities in the room that help make it seem that the property takes covid precautions seriously.

Liked the location, how quiet the property was, and the fact that the rooms are one levels and have a kitchen.

not much no staff no wifi no body on site to let us use pool or away to look around never got to get up to tower uneasy feeling we needed towels and noway to get them so i could have stayed in afew differant places we stayed 2 days it was over priced it cost afew dollars short of 300 hard earned money on our card im sorry but id like a refund not all of it but part with no wifi we had no phone service were in our late 70s my husband walked to office twice

There was not anything that we did not like about our stay here.

We really enjoyed the walk to the beach from the condo. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The pill was clean and the whole clubhouse are was kept up well and clean. They make safety and comfort high priorities. The condos or beautiful and made us feel at home. They were very clean. Everything was in working order. Everything was provided for the kitchen, including all of the cooking utensils, silverware, plates cups, etc. They provided all the cleaning supplies that were needed for the condos. The front office staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and provided a very easy check in and check out.

Much further from the beach than expected. Shower head didn’t work, had to have it replaced. Electric fireplace didn’t work. Did not get the room we were supposed to get, so no view of anything. Very old and outdated property, maybe from the 50’s. Very difficult to communicate because of language barrier.
