The towels were grey and dirty. And spiders.

They care about the rules, and are smoke free. The staff was very human. She actually made the experience seem safe and respectful.

I mixed it up look at the top one this was an awful place and I had a hell of a time trying to find a different Motel I will never use this again

They did not have a wheelchair access for me and they wanted me to go up to the second floor I could not do that I did not stay there and they said that I could get my money back I didn't I wasn't didn't even get to go into the office because it's upstairs now I should not be charged for that and I want my money back. Booking ID number is 555 763 290. The woman on duty was not very nice and wanted to charge me $50 more a night so they did have a wheelchair access room

I stayed at this motel several times and always left the room very clean and I think I was a very good guest being I only slept a few hours and then left but each time I came there the guy in the office seem to have a worse and worse attitude. The final time I called and he quoted me a price over the phone and then when I got there he raised it so I left and I will never stay there again! The rooms aren't terrible considering the area but the overall vibe especially with the way that office Guy treats people is just a no deal for me! Plenty of other cheap motels in that area and there's even a couple that seem happy to see you...

1st. Before I checked out I was getting dresses in my room and without any knocking on my door the lady who cleaned the room opened the door. She didn't apologize or anything, I wasn't fully dressed yet. 2nd. After I checked out I had to wait for my uber 10 minutes and in that time I saw that there is a spot where I can refill my bottle with water. So I walked over there and a lady "the owner" aggressively asked what I'm doing and I should come to her immediately! Half way to the water spot I saw that it was out of order so i went to "the owner" and she rudly asked me what I am doing. I told her that I'm waiting for my uber, that I just checked out and that I wanted to refill my water. She yelled at me "You already checked out now leave my property!" I was shocked and never experienced something like that, all I wanted is to refill my water before I go!

The manager was very rude. She refused to accommodate me at the hotel until I removed my 26 foot truck from the parking lot, although there was a lot of space in the parking lot. I had to leave the truck with my belongings on the street. Then she took a $ 100 cash deposit from me. In the morning the office was closed and I had to wait an hour and a half to collect my $ 100 deposit.

We were in Anaheim visiting friends and planed on staying the night so around 7pm we started looking and the price jumped over $100 within one hour I guess because it was a Friday and Disney land just reopened. The hotel is ab2 star at best it’s clean but pretty run down. Had we had another option or had known the quality we probably would’ve picked another hotel. But if your not too picky and the room is cheap I’d say it’s compared to a motel 6.

They asked for a $50 deposit that would be reimbursed upon an inspection of the room at checkout which they didn't even check the room and just stated that since it was after 11am which was checkout time they didn't have to give back the deposit. They were very rude and then just said that since we already checked out we had to leave the property.

It smelled very ugly, the staff is a thief, criminal didn’t want to return the deposit to me. That’s the business they have any excuse not to give you back the $100 of despotic they are thieves The first time I made a reservation through the apps and he told me that there was no reservation and I lost my money. Customer service is awful and there no options to help a guest when is some issue, they way people approach us as guests is bad and they just don’t care. I tried to fix few things and definitely not a good place to stay even if you pay cheap price.

The room had bugs, we were itching the next day and at night. The refrigerator was so cheap it made noise all night. To make it worst, they charged me twice. When I got back home and noticed the mistake I called the hotel and the lady who answered accused me of being rude and that was a lie. I called back and they would not answer the phone. I had to call back from a private line. That shows they were hiding. The manager said" when you are rude things don't get resolved, there is nothing I can do. You can report me and do whatever you want and he hung up the phone". What ever happened to good customer service??? The person was not fair or neutral. He took his employees side (probably she was a family member). The person in charge was unreasonable and went off on me. He didn't let me explain my side. They steal your money.

Nothing. Horrible location, lots of homeless near bye. Dangerous location, do not stay here.
