One of the computers was down and there was a line of 7 customers when we checked in at the appointed 3:00 time. We are going to be back there in another 3 weeks and WILL NOT wait until 3:00 to check in but will be there earlier!

Extremely noisy! Too close to the freeway. Also the toilet paper holder was extremely hard to reach. That was super annoying. Noise from people in hallways was too loud.

Heater/ac leaked water onto the carpet in the room--we informed management and think it was taken care of, although there wasn't time for the carpet to dry out. Have to pay for parking. Also, Denny's isn't that great for breakfast and we had to pay for that. We found a nice little coffee shop about .5 mile away which had lovely coffee and baked goods.

The room was a nice size, well-equipped with on-site parking. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient for us, as it is within a mile or two of our family's apartment. The staff was courteous and pleasant.

The walls were thin, so I could hear the people in the other unit. They were very noisy and I could not sleep that great because of them, as they would also slam their doors hard along with talking loud.

The room was spacious, and I had no problems with any of the amenities that were offered. I enjoyed the bed and the room was clean everywhere. The only complaint was that I had noisy neighbors, if not it would have been a great stay.

Like most hotels the bedspreads are very thin. Usually there is a clean blanket in the closet, this one did not. Would be a nice touch. You can call the front desk for one but it was late so I turned the heater up but would have preferred a simple blanket.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower &,water pressure, nice bathtub too. Nice size TV. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

There was no indication that I would be charged an additional $15 for parking. In essence, the cost of staying at hotel is actually more than what is advertised. The officials know that it is wrong and still they allow such deception.

One block over is a bad neighbourhood, we were lucky to have the ability to drive with our own car to places we wanted to visit but wouldn’t recommend walking outside beyond the property

This motel charges $12.00 per day for parking. It's located in a sketchy area, so guests have no choice but to pay to park. The alternative is to search out on-street parking in a bad neighborhood. It's a MOTEL, not a hotel. They have parking. Why add on the charge? This extra fee is ridiculous.

There is a charge for parking, which seemed unfair for the price of the stay for the room. It would make sense for multiple guests or cars but not for just one car. I called ahead to ask for early check in, but was greeted with some pushback and attitude at the front desk undermining the time I told them I would be there by. Overall it was pretty noisy due to the busy street, but there is no soundproofing between the walls of each room either. There is no free breakfast, and when you ask for breakfast spot recommendations, they push you on the Denny's that's connected to the hotel. The 24hour Denny's explains the sparse parking spots available. Wished they had a hot tub.

Cleanliness was good for it being a Best Western. There's a sign you put on your bed to request your sheets to be changed, I didn't use it but my sheets were changed regardless. They even put the ironing board away after I had left it out. I liked that the room to grab ice/ and access to the vending machines from was locked unless you had your hotel key card, as well as the pool.

WEAK SHOWER HEAD PRESSURE! Still had to pay for parking too. Clean enough, but some left over hair found on bathroom floor. Disappointed as usually best western comes through for me in past. Maybe it's just this location?

The hallway smelled like smoke and it permeated our room, especially at night. This happened even though we put a towel at the base of the door.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The fitness center was nice. I liked the coffee dispenser in the lobby with free hot chocolate. The Denny's breakfast was a good addition.
