The fitness room, wasn’t much variety and was missing at least a dumbbell rack of weights. the all in one machine wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be and everything feels outdated. Still got a great workout in nonetheless. Just very old and limited equipment.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and heated which was a plus. Breakfast was very good. We didnt hear any noise from other people which was nice. Very peaceful.

It was close to interstate, made it easy to go out and explore. Kind of weird getting to hotel. Room had some Maintenance issues. Booked in advance but still overlook rooftop in a room in need of repair.

The sheets and towels were washed in bleach. My daughter and granddaughter broke out in a rash. The ceiling tile was coming down in one room. The shower water handle was loose and difficult to turn on to adjust the temperature in the 2nd room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

Not much we didn't like. The only thing I can think of is that the rooms could have had a better coffee pot.

We loved the area and that we could walk to Cracker Barrel as well as the other places close by. The breakfast was very good and there was always plenty. We wished we would have had a few more days there. We really enjoyed this area. It was peaceful and quiet. Our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

The whole facility needs an upgrade. Worn out, out of date. The owner is clearly not putting any money or attention into the place. There were dried, dead flowers at entrance, front rug inside the door was filthy looking. Food being offered was poor quality and not healthy. Coffee was terrible, bananas were green... Elevator sounds like it is going to break as it reaches the 3rd floor. Dingy lighting, outdated, ugly furnishings. Cob webs inside curtains. Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip from New Hampshire this was the most expensive and worst. Very disappointed.

Just a suggestion is to put a trash can by the picnic tables near the pool area so people can throw trash away.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great overall. The rooms were quiet so you couldn't really hear anyone else. Like how the dog walking area you have dog poop bags offered and a trash can right there. Room was very clean.

The front desk clerk Brittany was extremely nice on checkout. Very friendly and so nice. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good and good choices. Pool was nice for the children! Brittany even called me upon leaving and let me know I has forgotten something. Hotel was great! Loved the cappuccino and coffee available 24 hours!

Only one lamp worked in my room for some reason. The bathroom was tiny in the king suite. Like if you dropped something while standing at the sink, it would easily wind up in the toilet. Weirdness. The eggs at breakfast were hockey-puck style.
