It was not communicated to the housekeeping staff that we had checked in, so during random spot checks, they buzzed into our room without warning and walked in on us changing clothes. On top of this, there was no covering on the ceiling light, and the bedframes were stacked on small slabs of plywood that were smaller than the frame itself. Any time you moved on the bed, it shifted the plywood, which was on top of a hardwood floor, easily causing scratches and a potential loss of the security deposit. Staff was not helpful in helping to resolve complaints, and there was a no refund policy when I immediately checked out without staying.

The location was within a short walking distance to the reason of our visit.

The one concern we had was we went to get in bed and heard something git the floor. The next morning we found a charm on the floor made us wonder if they had changed the bed.

The hotel was not clean at all. The upkeep was not great. The receptionist was not dressed professionally. The bedding and mattress was extremely dirty.

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower drain from a previous guest, the toilet seat was for a round toilet and the bowl was for an oval so they didn’t line up. The floors were dirty and the bathroom door didn’t close. There were holes in the wall and floor and the room smelled.

When we first arrived the smell of weed in the elevator and hallway on the 8th floor was very strong. Giving it the benefit of the doubt we decided to give the place a chance. In the evening I was with my 6yr old daughter on the table when a baby cockroach appeared on the table. I killed it immediately but was turned off by the uncleaniness of our room.

Neavah was very nice but other everything else was disappointing.

Wasn’t informed of a $100 security deposit until 2 days before my trip when the hotel emailed me and I was also not aware there’s no parking at this hotel so I had to pay $40 to pay to park

Issue with checking in room was not acceptable main door coming out the hinges, tv not working, next room couldn’t get in cards didn’t work only to find out after 4 attempts that the room was already occupied. Third room tiles coming off in the shower sink not draining and issue with the television not working properly. Mind you this is all started at 2 in the morning.

Staff was very accommodating and understanding.

There was a flood on the 11th floor that cause it to come down in my room the whole Saturday night. It was leaking on the bed the closet the bathroom floor and the living room . I couldn’t utilize my other night comfortably I left before check out. I should be refunded for a night I have pictures of the leaks I endured on my stay
