Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe overall look inside the hotel really needs help. There are many things that need to be touched up or fixed. And the fact that there was a man smoking at the front door, and he stayed there for about 4 hours smoking. And even though it's a smoke free hotel the front desk saw the man there smoking and didn't say anything. The hotel is a good place to stay if it a quick 1 to 2 day stay. But not longer or with family.
Breakfast was good and the price per night.

United KingdomAlthough this is listed as a non-smoking hospital, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, as though it was only made a non-smoking hotel last week. When we checked in, and several times during our stat, there was a distinct cannabis smell too. Having said that, the room was ok. I'd mentioned during the booking process that my husband has mobility issues. despite this, the bed was quite high, meaning he struggled at times to get on and off it. We were also put on the third floor. It wasn't too far from the elevator, but it was a big problem when an overnight storm caused the elevator to break down. We had to walk the four flights of stairs to get to our room. It WAS fixed the same day, though, so we can't grumble massively. Breakfasts were self service, with bendy paper plates/bowls and weak plastic cutlery. Lastly, without a car, going anywhere from this hotel was an expensive taxi ride away. There is a Starbucks, a Subway and a burger restaurant fairly close by, but that's about it really.
The breakfasts were good, despite appearances. As a vegetarian, for two of the four mornings, I could not eat any of the hot food, as it was burgers, sausages or eggs with bacon. The scrambled eggs on our last morning though, they were excellent!

United StatesI didn’t like the smell in the entire hotel, the shower would randomly go from one temperature to the next without me even touching the settings & there’s no mirrors in the room except the one in the restroom.

United StatesThis hotel needs a serious remodel .First the building has a very distinct smell. The furniture is very old, their lamps were rusted, and the telephone was very dirty. the cover and curtain have stains. Also, their towels and washcloth were very hard. I noticed other people were hanging around the facility like they are residents. The shower head was very low it did not go above your head, and the bathroom sink was low..

United StatesFound a alive baby lizard in the bathroom and crickets, Key Cards very sensitive never had a issue keeping them in my wallet before. Bed wasn't very comfortable my back was kind of aching also one of the bed liners smelled like urine had to get housekeeping to change.

My children and I had headaches both nights from the strong smell that filled the hallways. We tried to move to another hotel but they were all full.

They had garbage cans full of garbage all over the place, mops, Brooms everywhere, people just sitting in front of the door for no reason, prostitution selling prostitution things inside and outside, the room was halfway clean, Simone tore the hair dryer off the wall, the tv barely worked, the towels were gross, the room was outdated, the bathroom door hardly opened. Compared to the other hotels near it, it’s horrible. The people were extremely friendly though. That’s why I didn’t want to put this review here, but you guys keep hounding me to do it.

It's just if you are homeless and know you have nowhere to go why make a business look so bad the rooms are cheap n the staff are understanding so why dirty up they hallways why trash these people place when you could be staying there. Ask them for a job don't drag they business down you know everytime a business have to call the police on something involving they business it make they rates low n make the feds start investigating. Yeah they might be mean but this is a place of business and the owner has every right to stomp down
I loved when I did my reservation my room was clean and ready for me. I like how the woman upfront she seems mean but she straight forward n she don't play about the safety of the hotel. I like how my tub looked brand new the pool area was on point
