locked us out of our room in the middle of our stay and billed for one night in middle of stay as we were booked for entire weekend then billed for entire weekend when we checked out using another card. still haven’t been refunded for the first night and it has put us in a bind right here at Christmas

Free coffee- great! Grab and go breakfast charge? I honestly think the guests should receive a basic grab and go at no charge....muffin, juice, bagel, etc....nothing fancy; but have an option to get an enhanced breakfast at an additional charge.

My air conditioner went out and they had it replaced quickly. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed twice and both times I chose this place because it advertised a Starbucks within the hotel. Both times Starbucks was not an option because “the barista” didn’t show up for work. If I’m being completely honest if I can’t have the Starbucks there are other hotels within the same price range that offer free breakfast that I would choose instead. The indoor pool is also extremely tiny. I genuinely thought it was the hot tub at first.

Covid is hampering everyone's ability to provide quality service.... Rooms weren't cleaned every day, except by request. But the staff was great about providing fresh towels and linens. Thanks, Courtyard!

The back patio is awesome! The bar was open every night. Location is between downtown and the lakes... Rooms were clean and the small touches like shaving mirror and cabinet microwave made all the difference.

Well, the guy who checked me in had a weird sense of humor.... Instead of letting me know that the Only way I could get my room cleaned is by “request only” he was too busy Bashing the City I lived in. Although I played along to keep from being totally humiliated I t wasn’t funny at all in fact it was downright hurtful! In the future let your people know just keep the Lip Service to a Minimum.

The "small plates" offered at their bar were terrible. But received a credit on our hotel bill for the costs. Suggestion for Mariott Manager: Try these out for yourself and you will see that someone needs to go out and shop a little harder for these offerings. This is only a very minor thing and offered only to make the manager aware so consideration can be given for improvement. Overall this Marriott is superb and we will certainly stay here on any future trip to Hot Springs.
