Beds were ok but could have been better for overall comfort. Shower had no hot water which is unacceptable. Needs a good updating.

Room was big enough with a king and queen bed. The hotel is somewhat dated but ok for an overnight stay in the road. Right off Interstate 10. in a good location for a morning run into LA.

What I didn't like. Was the fact that they're toilet wasn't working properly and There was bugs in the room that were clear and looked like Maggots... Also, the room was very dusty.

But the only thing that I liked was the lady in the front office was pretty cool and helpful...

My partner and I arrived to the property early on to pay for our reservation and the management room was not open, so we walked back to our vehicle and some lady kept giving us attitude and asked us, “ Is that your room.” And we told her “no but we booked a spot, so we are parking here to seek the manager.” She then goes off it sounded like she was talking in a different language, so my husband starts talking in Spanish to her, and that didn’t work, so I told him, “ let’s just go and come back later on our reservation time.” So then we left the property. When we arrived back to the property we found the manager at the pool cleaning it out and he told us to meet him inside of the office. The manager had asked me if I was a local, and I had replied to him “ No I am not a local.” He goes on to assume that I am and tells me to cancel my reservation because he cannot rent to locals because they usually book online to stay there and they complain that their lights are off or their water is out, and he basically needs to make money and not hear all of that. I told him once again I am not a local, and I didn’t reserve this stay for all of this, but then my partner tells me to “go ahead and cancel and we’ll find somewhere else although it’s short time management.” So I go forth to cancel my reservation, I sit on the couch in that lobby, and my husband starts talking to the manager that we live 100+ miles away and shows his I.D. And the manager then reasks for my I.D. To confirm that I am not a local, and then allows us to stay for the two nights that I booked two/three days ahead of time. He then suggests that next time book in person and not online. I mean how am I supposed to do that when I live 100+ miles away. It’s more convenient online. After that he suggests us a room so that we wouldn’t be hearing people go in and out of the room, nonetheless we stayed right next to 3 others who invited my husband and I out to go drinking, but we kindly declined.

I liked all 15 of the cats they have there. They all had their ears clipped, so I knew they were all fixed. Also the bed was really comfortable too. I’ve had back pain for a minute and after laying on that bed I can say it eased down a bit.

The staff and the rooms

Nothing really I couldn't wait to leave. And there was no breakfast and a lot of the add wasn't true and I wonder about everything said online they need to update a lot.

They long term house young farm workers for AG industry. The back end is dirty, garbage all over. Clothes hanging on the bannister outside the rooms. Functionally not maintained, at least 20 cats wandering about, I suspect they are the young mens pets. They have a truck of food delivered @ dinner for everyone, and the workers leave the leftovers out for the cats in the parking spaces. It just looks bad. It gave me a forehead wrinkle. Which means I have work to do with being judgmental. They were respectful enough, went to bed early, and got up at about 5:00am and boy were they noisy….sone lady was screaming at her roommate at 6am. The bathtub didn’t work and It just felt weird.

It was close to my location. Booking.com had it for 60 bucks a night.

Building is rough around the edges & could use a good cleaning on the outside.

Breakfast: n/a, was listed on Booking.com but is not offered Staff provided a coffee pot & pods as it was also missing from the room & listed. Staff made sure to heat up the spa for us.
