For two people there wasn't enough towels nor tissue. Asked for the items and still only got one more Towel which was a wash cloth.

Second time at this location, I got the exact same room that I did the first time last month. This time I was missing a refrigerator I ask the front can I get one because that room had one last month but said it wasn’t required even though I was expecting it. Then I realize I also didn’t have a microwave so I requested that also the same person said I needed to wait the morning for one then I saw one of my towel on the bathroom floor so it wasn’t clean and so I came to a room with a towel that was not in a proper place and not folded and on the floor. The morning crew was more nicer and more caring about what I was wanting.

The morning shift people was meeting my needs that I was requesting for.

The lady in the room next to us got arrest for trespassing, the environment is a little ran down. A lot of drug activity and people are outside late night.

I would say you get what you pay for with this motel. The room is a decent size and some of them offer kitchenettes.

Mold on several walls in the bathroom, air conditioner leaked so bad there were literal puddles on the floor. Booked for 5 people have 2 towels and when asked for more told there were no spares had to go buy towels. Roaches and all of the amenities, pool washroom etc were all closed or out of order

The room was very basic if all you needed was a bed, tv, and bathroom it was good. My issue if you needed more than 2 towels during your stay bring your own, I was told they didn't have any to give me.

everything!!! no plugs but the bed - a phone not connected to anything Hahhaha thank god for our phones tv wasn’t wking honestly these place is a 1/2 if u need to sleep at a low price go for it we won’t be bookin here again

The walls are thin so it was noisy, the room looked run down, and there was a weird door connecting to someone else's room.

Room was given to us at 3pm instead of 2pm. Floor was very slippery and dirty. Wax stained our socks.

The towels were wet, and dirty and people were making noise above us and then Sunday morning we were woken by some banging right next to our room. Also I asked for a handicap room and my sister couldn't take a shower because it didn't have any handicap support.

There was plugs that didn't work. The towels looked dinghy and there was too much traffic coming and going with people sitting in cars.

Just the people that stayed there were too noisy, kids screaming too much and adults screaming at them too. Otherwise not alot to complain. One suggestion I like to make is they need to fix the flooring of their washer, it shouldn;t shake as bad as it did washing clothes. The AC wasn't working right and couldn't adjust it was freezing in the room at times..

The room was fine, maybe a better cleaning would've been good. The people were ok there and helpful when asked. It was the people staying there that weren't very good. Alot of screaming at kids and other things among the nature of things . The area itself was not good for location and property needs up keeping better. For the most part it was ok.

The bed was really uncomfortable 😫. The bathtub was very slippery when I took a shower. Since I did pay for an upgrade, I didn't see a difference

I like the front desk clerks they made checking in and out very pleasant.
