We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only complaint I have is the rooms are a little small, at least the suite we stayed in, compared to others, but that was minor at best.
There is a lot to like about this Hotel. The location was excellent, the staff was amazing. It is an older hotel, but has undergone renovation and looks very nice. The full breakfast was really good, the kickback at night with adult beverages and dinner was a great perk for sure. The pool was clean and inviting and the hot tub was great as well. We will be back for sure.

United StatesThe hotel was full and there is only one elevator by our room. We had to walk to the opposite end or stand and wait quite awhile to use the elevator. Again, the hotel was full of ball teams and such so the pool and hot tub were constantly full.
They have complimentary EVERYTHING! Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet as well as 3 complimentary drinks per night!! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic! Everything was clean and comfy. Great hotel!!
