I had called repeatedly for a month prior for early check in and not only did they not have a “record of my calls with name and number “ but it took an extra two hours to get our room. This was a Sunday and we could see plenty of rooms that had been ready prior to check in. Bad service

Parking fee was steep, considering across the street had $10 parking and $20 parking, the $50 overnight dirt parking lot was a little much. I liked that our suite had two separate spaces but when it came to the Atlanta heat, only the bedroom had AC so the living room couch space was stuffy and hot. We ended up going to so many of the nearby attractions and I wish that it had been more advertised to people from out of state like here are packages and whatnot of nearby places as we naively bought individual tickets because we didn’t know everything was nearby.

Beautiful courtyard with lots of seating and beautiful whale sculpture hanging from the ceiling. Check in aaa easy and the valet service was great. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and answered all of my energetic kids questions. The elevators were fast and fun to look out of. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a door separating the beds from the living room space. The social hour/happy hour was nice, and the breakfast was yummy. It was awesome to be at a hotel with so many attractions nearby and within walking distance.

Breakfast was ok, more than one omelet cook was needed. And the mosquitoes were horrible, need some mosquitoes traps for all the flowers and plants.

The staff was amazing, they were very engaged and helpful. They always gave recommendations on where to go for entertainment and good food.

I have been in this hotel twice and every time I request housekeeping they never clean my room. This last time it was 10:30pm when they came to bring me some new sheets for me to change my kids bed. I won’t be staying there anymore.

Parking at $50/night is outrageous, especially since the valet service was not great. At check-in they were slow to respond and didn't offer to help with luggage. I believe here are public parking options for less nearby. Also, they need better/more seating options in the dinning area for couples.

Great location on Centennial Park. Our room had a great view of the park. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and happy hour were better than most.

If I had been able to have the King bed I reserved. If the breakfast area had more seating and the line to be served wasn't so long and if there was someone cleaning off the tables as people left.

Parking is too expensive.

The staffs are friendly. Excellent breakfast - love cook-to-order omelets. Convenient location, close to Coca-Cola, GA aquarium, and restaurants, but the parking is very expensive, $50 per day. Difficult to get to the hotel if the road's close to the Centennial Olympic Park. The room is clean but out of date.

I didn’t care that housekeeping persistently knocked on our door just before ten reminding us that we were supposed to check out today and asking if we were ready to go.

The environment was comfortable, and I was thankful that even though there was a window to the walkway we also had a window outside.

The staff. Hotel staff was phenomenal. Very helpful, attentive from front desk to management to cleaning staff, housekeeping, and valet service. Top notch!! The hotel location is great- centrally located to everything we needed..

We had to have our car parked past 2pm due to tournament not over until 3:00. I had already paid $100 for two days of parking. I did not think an additional $20 was necessary after $900 for a weekend stay.

The extras make this one of my favorite visits this volleyball season.
