The dirty tub stains, the pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. We were only staying one night, so I could deal with it.

Parking, homeless situation.. people sleeping in cars and in hallways, trash in stairwell, guests noisy at night. Poor breakfast.

Hotel was advertised as handicap accessible. I rented a handicap room and the room did not come with a handicap seat for the shower. I asked for a shower seat so my mother could take a shower who is handicap and was told they didn’t have anything on property offered me a folding chair that was broke Also TV did not work was told that it would not be able to be fixed until the following Monday and we were only there for one night asked for linens and a blanket for the hide. A bed was told to come back after 7 o’clock in the evening to get a blanket at that time, there were still no blankets available was offered an extra sheet very very poor management of this facility. At this point I have still trying to get my money back as I feel I deserve was very let down by the handicap accessibility.

1st room: Clump of long hairs in bathtub. Window didn’t close all the way. No cord on room phone. Alarm clock did not work. One lamp did not work. Asked for another room. 2nd room: Alarm clock did not work. Iron leaked water when tried to use it. Worst breakfast of any hotel. Instant grits and only sweet chocolate muffins. No milk for coffee, only Coffee Mate with hydrogenated trans fat (banned in Europe).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for an early morning flight. Bed was comfortable.

The kitchen wasn’t equipped with kitchenware or coffee machine.! When I requested a coffee machine and a pot to cook, they told that they doesn’t have any.!

Didn’t know I had to pay a $100 deposit. Website didn’t say anything about that. Also had a issue with my toilet flooding the floor waited 2 days after saying something to severely staff to find out nobody ever said anything to the manger about it.

My first room had a rust in the tub so I needed to change it but it took 24 hours about to change rooms and it didn't have an iron so I had to request one My second room had an iron but it leaked and then I also had to kill a roach in there in the bed was uncomfortable there were no pots and pans to cook. And the hotel was located behind a strip club

My phone didn't work in the US. I thought it would be easy to get airport transportation. It was stressful waiting for a cab after the lady at the front desk called a cab for me using her own phone. This is not your problem but the city's problem. There needs to be an easy way to arrange airport transport for guests without cell phones. I know, it is the way the world is now, but there should be an easy backup when cellphones malfunction or a customer doesn't have a cell phone. Also, please supervise cleaning of rooms. There was men's shaved hair on the upper left side of the sink. Last, the toilet did not flush. Reported it to front desk.
