If anything it was a little dark, with one smallish window, and a little dated in decor.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast (the breakfast lady was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us) and a handy restaurant very close by.

Long wait times at front desk. EV charging required staff to physically come to activate charging equipment. At least one staff member was clearly not pleased to have to perform this chore. Keybcards kept getting deactivated, requiring even more.tiem.wasted at the lackadaisical front desk. Front desk quality should drastically improve

I'm allergic to feathers, even if they have been *removed* from a room. There are so many great pillow types available - please consider alternatives for your *soft* pillows.

Breakfast.... Wish it was a little more variety, like turkey bacon or sausage ( not everyone eats pork) fresh fruit more than apple & oranges, replenishment & extended at least 10:30am. Maybe a station where I can get supplies for my room when maid service is not available.

staff not attentive to breakfast. The hot breakfast was cold. also no usb ports in the rooms to charge phones etc. unfortunately I didn’t bring a plug adapter and when I asked front desk they said they are always getting asked for that. Shame on Hilton for not have the ports in the room to charge in the age of cellphones.

Beds older and not very comfortable. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and toilets are shallow.

The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and stale. Went to grab an apple and it was rotten my fingers went into the core. Other then the breakfast it was a great stay and I will stay here again.

It was a clean hotel I feel as if unfortunately you guys were shorthanded but everybody is I really enjoyed the fact that I could come down in the morning when I was leaving and grab a coffee and a banana because we actually live in Pennsylvania and we are just traveling to New England sewer making mini pitstops every day saying a different hotels

A fire alarm went off at 10 pm and woke us up, and we had to wait outside for about an hour until it was clear (understand this was not the hotel’s fault). Also, in the afternoon and morning, there was a very load vibrating sound that crescendoed and decrescendoed; I initially thought it was a helicopter nearby but later realized it was an unbalanced load in the washing machine that was in the laundry room directly below our room. Upgrading the washing machines would probably fix that issue (or making sure the loads are balanced; this was not the guest laundry room but the hotel one used for washing linens).

The air freshener in the room was way way too much. I had to put all my cloth to wash, including those that were in my suite case. Seems like it was used to hide a bad smell

The room was small and a little difficult to move around near the beds.

I didn't have the breakfast. The location worked well for me. It was very easy to get on Rt 78. The room was nice and clean.
