Very unimpressive pool, rude front desk staff in the evenings.

Fairly cheap, minus the extra charges I wasn’t told about that I wasn’t prepared for upon arriving. So I take that back, cheapest I could find, but still expensive. Very happy with the breakfast/dinning area, and ease of getting to our room.

They were undergoing some renovations but it was still clean and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

I got two rooms and out of the entire building they stated they had no rooms next to each other or conjoining. I reserved the rooms almost 3 weeks in advance. So it was pretty inconvenient to have 1 room on the first floor and one on the third. Also it states they charge a $20 room incident fee but it’s actually $50 per room. I asked for a receipt but she was unable to provide me with one but I kept my bank statements just in case. It looked like they were remodeling and our room had no blind you could pull down on the first floor so I had to cover it up with pillows. Some stuff was falling out of the wall.

The pool was fun.

Everything was on point, only exception was they had a remodeling project going on, in no way did it take away from the quality or service of the facility.

Need to work on Maintenace a little more in that plugs at bedside were very worn and would not properly secure plug on CPAP and thus we needed to more things around to find a good plug.

When I checked in host was kind of rude. Had catalic converters from truck stolen and there was told by host that there are no cameras in the parking lot. Was only vehicle vandalized in parking lot where well lite, if there was cameras in parking lot then it was an inside job and was lied too. Hope Cameras are put in place for better security.

I liked the location for the event we participated in at speedway.

Vending machines were almost completely empty. The individual at the front desk in the morning appeared to not want to be there and was very off-putting.

Great location for what we needed. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good ac. Breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from.

The staff wasn't very friendly. My pillow cases had stains.the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages and the remote and batteries were extremely corroded and didnt work

We didn’t receive the room we originally booked. we wanted a king and received two full sized beds. we didn’t complain, just were disappointed.

The pool was closed for maintenance one of the nights we were there so my 8 year old son was cooped up in the room. I also thought the room would be cleaned each day, but wasn’t. Then as we were getting ready to leave the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door and even came in when we had told him we would be gone in about an hour. it was way before checkout too so we were surprised at his intrusion. I stepped on a Cheeto on the floor next to our bed and there was an Olive Garden mint in the fridge and an empty wrapper.

The staff was friendly. It was a reasonable price. The breakfast was pretty good.
