We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Informed we were traveling with a service dog. The clerk wanted to charge extra indicating I didn’t notify them of the dog. I had notified them and received an email confirmation they could accommodate. I then needed to fill out a form where the first question was what medical reason the dog alerted to. A VERY fine line of an illegal question. You can’t asked a disabled person the nature of their disability. Such a different experience this time than when we were here 2 weeks ago. Disappointing for sure!

United StatesThe parking area had a sign that said we would park at our own risk. That didn't make us feel safe or secure to park at the hotel. The bed was very creaky, I didn't sleep well hearing every movement during the night. The cosy room meant we had to take turns moving around the room.
This hotel is right off the freeway in a very convenient location. It was easy to get to our room which was cosy.

United StatesWe’ve been staying at Hampton Inns for a long time whenever we travel and I have to say that the majority of the locations have demonstrated a marked deterioration. One example was the re-caulking job in the bathroom. It looked like a five year old may hav done it. Things like this are a bad sign that the management just doesn’t care.
The breakfast was good, but then again it’s the same old same old all across the country at hotels of this caliber.

Our room had a very noisy A/C unit. The fan sounded like a UFO flying around. It might have been riding against the filter. As for breakfast it was just the right amount except that I missed the Texas waffle. ;-( Other than these two dissapointments it was a great place to stay.
