Breakfast and beds was soft. Clean but property could use a little maintenance but nothing to not make you stay here. Staff was all wonderful. The coych bed was way to hard...so bring extra puddings or they will give u more covers if you ask. Everyone was nice helpful and it was clean

I made this reservation and was told I had to put a $100 deposit since it was 3rd party. I called today and was told I would not get that back because it had a urine odor in the room. I want to know why it cost $100 to wash the blanket? This is unacceptable. I want my money back. The customer service I experienced on the phone was awful. People have accident's and my mother is older and has an issue holding her urine so it might have got on the blanket, but that's what a washing machine is for. I'm very disappointed with how this has been handled.

The shower and toilet were disappointing to say the least, the shower had no lip at the bottom and water leaked all over the floor when we took a shower, and the handle on the toilet got stuck a few times when attempting to flush.

I booked a king suite with a jet tub and they gave me a handicap accessible room with no jet tub . After I walked in the room and seen it wasn’t the room I booked I call the front desk and they told me it was nothing they could do at the time and that I would have to wait until a manager came in the next day

My only wish and this is not just this hotel is when a hotel says it’s pet friendly I wish they would have a gated area for pets so you could let them run free and do zoomies!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, funny and kind. Size of room was great! Breakfast was good with many choices.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the room for the cost. (2 nights over $400 total). There were spider webs in the corners of the room (#101) , and whoever did the tiling and installation work in the bathroom (faucet location !!!!, hanger on back of bathroom door -location !!!) should have been fired by the contractor on the spot !! It is very easy to tell that the building and rooms have some age on them....but I understand that. But QC is very important, especially when paying as much as $200/night. Overall I give the room a 3-3.5 out of 10. The overall stay ie: breakfast, amenities etc. would get a 6.. get rid of the turkey sausage and get some real sausage that doesn't taste like cardboard !!

I wish there were more than two towels. That was my only complaint...and I was too lazy to go get any more and I didn't want to bother the staff to bring me more. Would recommend putting at least three towels in each room.

We are usually hesitant to stay at Holiday Inn because we don't have the best experience...but we were so blown away! The room was so clean and spacious. It smelled so clean and fresh the moment you opened the door. We have a renewed faith in the Holiday Inn brand thanks to this location. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.

The television didn't work properly, the ac unit was torn apart with wires exposed. We had to deal with, and touch dangerous wires in order to adjust the room temperature.

First room was disgusting, second room was better but had an odor. We found out later there was vomit in the corner. Laundry room appliances didn't work well

This site overcharged me for my room and then charged me for a SECOND night. I stopped in the front desk and got confirmation that all of the charges were reversed and got a printed version of the transaction. I still have the charges on my account without any reversal. Trying to contact this hotel is impossible to try to speak to them about the double charging and overcharging. Working with booking.com, they were not able to reach the hotel either for a resolution. HIGHLY do NOT recommend dealing with this hotel.
