The outside of all buildings are in need of repair, paint, etc. my first impression was that this was an old run down place

Room dated and older looking. Pull out sofa very old and dirty. Under sofa not clean and cushions badly down together. Ac did not work. Heat stayed on all the time. Photos of exterior not updated. Needed mowing and cigarette butts every where. Outside of office decks had grass growing through the deck and no outdoor furniture. Exterior of buildings need replacing. Kitchen was clean and room was spacious though. TV also would only get one channel.

it’s in need of updating! lots of remodeling needs to be done to bring it back to the property it was years ago. I did not like that there were no dishes in the rooms

The pictures are of the property possibly years ago when it was first built. The room and location of said room was terrible. The room smelled of almost backed up water. Not sewer yet sitting water. The carpet was crunchy and had stains everywhere. Also for virtually being an entire house there’s no dishes. When asking the main office for cups we had to pay $2 per styrofoam cup.

Simply the price and picture of the property. The layout of the property was great. If fixed up it’ll be amazing.

The place must be under new management. I have always used this hotel except for the past year. It was disgustingly dingy and dirty. it was obvious there has not been a thorough deep clean in quite some time. There was stains and handprints on the walls and doors. The floor had stains that could be gotten up with a good scrub. the bathroom look too dirty to clean myself in. The couch was soooo over used, sunken in, stain ridden, and CRUNCHY (omgggg! yes CRUNCHY). I wouldn't let an animal be on that. There was trash all around the property. At night there was a man circling the property, on foot. It was super creepy but after awhile I assumed he was supposed to be security but no uniform or anything. Sketchy. The door lock was missing from the door. The kitchen used to have materials to cook and clean but there is nothing anymore. Not even trash bags or paper towels. Doors on the closet were closed. There was a sign saying there were extra linens in the closet but there were not.

I love the location. I love the size of the room & that there is a separate shower/toilet from the sink and mirror. I love that there is a full working kitchen with a full fridge. I like the size of the tv and that there is a couch with a living room area. Plenty of space if you are travelling with family. I did not see any dead insects or rodents.

The 100$ deposit that still has not been returned.. I have stayed in Hawthorne suites for years, this was never an issue before. And holding it for a week? I'm sorry but if that is policy I'm staying elsewhere.

Air didn't work and room was dirty,housekeeping didn't clean nor did they come ask if we needed fresh towels or did they come clean room either day.wifi was crappie also.

The people who stayed at the property at the time we did were quite interesting. Kids ran around with no adults present, throwing rocks towards us. People were loud above us in the middle of the night. The room was overall clean minus the shower looking a bit unwelcoming. Staff was pleasant during check-in. Get whatcha pay for.

The property was not kept up. Front door to the main lobby did not close completely because of building settling. Although it was not swimming season (late April), the pool had not been kept up at all. there was trash and 2 foot of brown stinky water in it. The hot tub cover was coming off and it also was in poor upkeep. They required a $200 security deposit.

The carpet was not as clean as I would like the heat took forever to come on and there were cracks in mirrors and the door frame to the suite was very loose from previous damage the outside had broken wine bottles on the ground it just looked run down

The property is very old and dilapidated. Lots of sketchy guests as well. For this hotel to be in a great area and surrounded by new hotels they should be ashamed. There was an SUV in the back parking lot on all a cinder block with no wheels. Hot tub looks like it hasn't worked in years. There is trash all over the property. The rooms are outdated with holes in the carpet and my closet door wouldn't shut.

Breakfast was delicious and the beds are super comfortable. The room was clean and the towels we the softest I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Drug deals from residents under room 521 all night. People next to us hitting dog all night,, balcony window, which did not shut, or lock and the clip to lock door broke. Toaster had food in it, suite no dishes or silverware had to go out to eat. Never stay there again very run down property.
