The bathroom was designed poorly, not a lot of room and toilet was oddly placed. Also feel the price of the room and food options could be a tad more affordable.

Buffet breakfast was delicious! Staff were super friendly, from front desk to the workers in the cafes. Really appreciated the service and also shuttle takes you to Target and Mall which was convenient (the drivers were very kind as well)! Also the bed was firm and comfortable. Reasonable distance to downtown and Dallas Love Field Airport (shuttle not provided). Lobby is beautiful and comfortable.

Valet parking was too expensive.... The mattress in my room was too hard...it hurt my back so bad that I couldn't sleep 😫 its was as If I was sleeping on a wooden chair. I had a restless night...no comfort at all.

I do not Like the bed, the room, and the bath tub... the water was not flowing. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. That was my birthday

We arrived at 10pm so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the full stay, only stayed 11 hours. We self-parked. The parking lot machine wouldn't recognize our room key. We needed assistance getting in and out of the parking garage. We were charged $50 for "incidentals" to cover parking, etc.

The location and ambiance were fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was extraordinary.

Registration staff was not welcoming, offer very little instruction and did nothing to promote your wonderful hotel. View from the room was all the ac units.

The only issue with our room was that our bathroom sink was clogged and not draining well, and the water pressure was very low in the sink. The shower water pressure was great though.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel was quiet and noise free in the hallways. We had a great night's sleep.

The location was okay. The Valet was packed so you had to carry your bags from the parking garage to your room. The rooms were okay. The furniture didn't match. The wallpaper and carpet and furniture clashed. I was expecting a nicer room considering the building and entrance was gorgeous.

The exterior, and entrance was beautiful. Amazing open space and nice furniture when you walk in very well decorated. The staff was extremely nice. The Hilton App was of no use as this is my second time using the App and booking with Hilton and I still haven't received points.

I was told one thing from one staff member about the parking and how it’s goes. So I thought I sign up and it was coming out my deposit as she stated to me . But when it came about using it , it didn’t work . When I check out I figure out that it wasn’t coming out of that and was a separate charge . Just a bit of of inconvenience

The parking garage!! We parked in the self parking garage and had another car slam into our car door and took the paint off the door and dented it.

We were on a non smoking floor but around 8pm the entire floor smelled like Marijuana smoke. I tried to call the front desk multiple times but no one answered. Very disappointing that a hotel at this price point has this issue.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and roomy, fully stocked with all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was amazing, gym and pool were nice enough.
