I did not like that I was immediately pressured inti signing up for a 3 hour session for a timeshare upon check in. They do offer a bunch of freebies if you have time to sit through presentation, but we were only there for 3 days. The tub in the room was HUGE which is a plus. The main problem was the shower head. It felt like it didnt provide any water at all. this wasnt a pressure issue, but an old shower head issue. if the 22 things above were corrected it would be a 10!!! overall, still a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!! Just be aware of the above.

LOVED the location. Literally 2 blocks from the main strip. It was nice to not have to pay for parking while staying at the hotel, and convenient to be close (yet far from the noise!). Room was super comfortable with full kitchen. Loved all the amenities it had with pool, hot tub and even fire place.

The price was pretty steep for just one night, but the apartment was large so I guess it was worth it.

The apartment was amazing. It was big enough to fit our family of 6 very comfortably. The staff was very nice and it was within walking distance to everything.

Was great.

The room was huge and we got a great deal. We booked on line and was very suprised with our room. Much bigger and better than expected.

Pool, water park closes to early. An extra extended hour would been better. Water park no where near our room, and was not given any information about where or codes to get in. Didnt like the sales tatic when we arrived to get us to do timeshare.

The only thing I would say I didnt like if I had to pick something is that it is so big we got lost several times

I love this property it is more like an apartment than a hotel all the comfort of home with none of the stress. I absolutely love it and cant wait to come back next year!

Didn’t see that there was a breakfast offered and I think if it was that it would make the stay even better. Even though our room was fully furnished, we were only there for a few days and did not cook and a quick available breakfast would have been beneficial for our stay but still a top notch hotel.

Was such a nice hotel and was pleasantly impressed with our room as it was fully furnished and made our stay very comfortable.

The room had issues. Maintenance was there a lot. The washer/dryer combo was a terrible feature that made it impossible to do laundry for a family of 5 who brought limited clothes. The staff was over and above wonderfully accommodating with all of the issues we experienced. (Doing laundry took up lots of time because of the terrible machine in our unit.) We also didn’t like that there were some persistent efforts to sell us a timeshare, but the salespeople did back down when firmly told that we were not at all interested in their presentation and would never even consider buying a timeshare. One does have to push back a bit more than some people might be comfortable with. We understand that this type of selling must be difficult, but we really hate these offers and wish resorts would just say ok when someone says they are not at all interested.

This is a great location. Our room was nice and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Our children loved the waterpark.

We didn’t like that we have to go to the water park from outside . It’s was cold and with little kids going out after water park not good. I wish they have entrance from the hotel and not going out to the parking lot and then again inside .

There was no breakfast. Nobody explained us anything about rooms or resort.
