We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower. if you dont slowly turn and wait for it to heat up the squeal it makes is ear shattering. Learned the hard way.
Check in was easy. Centrally located in town. Things were clean. The wifi was free and great. I ended up working way longer than expected and my zoom call had no issues.

United StatesThe swimming pool was FREEZING cold. We were able to get in and stay for a short period of time. It felt like jumping into a creek in Yosemite.
It was clean and good size room. The shower supplies were nice. There were big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We enjoyed breakfast.

United StatesThe breakfast is ok, but there are no hot food options for vegetarians. There were bagels but without cream cheese on the days we stayed. The staff said that there would be cream cheese the next day but it was still not available.

Upon arrival the receptionist told us, that they don’t have any rooms available and that they are very sorry, they would cancel our reservation and we don’t need to worry about. Next day i was charged full price for a room. I contacted booking.com about this situation, they talked to the hotel staff and they told them, that they were able to accommodate, which is lie. I tried to talk to the hotel myself, but they wouldn’t respond. I would think twice before staying here, because they might do the same to you and steal your money!!

United StatesOne thing I didn't like that laundry was out of service and I couldn't wash my kids dirty clothes after the snow day.
We had a rely pleasure to stay in the hotel. Room was clean and bed changed daily. Good breakfast. Stuff in the breakfast area are really polite and help you without having trouble. I highly recommend this place and will come back definitely.

United StatesI must say that the bed sheet was not clean enough; I found a few hairs on both my pillow and sheet. I doubt if the staff changed the sheet after people checked out. This isn't very pleasant. The staff lacked training and no smiles and hi when they met us in the hotel.
I like the location, and it's quite easy to find and close to the restaurants. This is quite important in windstorm weather. Also, breakfast is a thing to mention; there are many choices, and the view is fabulous.

United StatesThere was no dog station, and dog poop was everywhere. The front desk did not have our reservation correct, even though the email from Holiday Inn was correct, i.e. dog and room size. We were told by the front desk that there were no kings as available, but we checked with booking.com and one was available. We were told by the front desk that booking.com did not inform them that we had a dog, yet our confirmation from the hotel noted we were bringing our dog. Also our room look like a hospital room. Very disappointed. We were expecting something nice for the price. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to any Holiday Inns.

United StatesWe travel with a 6-7# Pomeranian. We feel that the $40 pet fee is over the top. Many high-end hotels haven’t charged us an extra fee at all for our Miss Maddie. She travels with her own bed and is 100% house-broken. She’s never left alone in our hotel rooms. We always leave our hotel rooms the way we found it.
