locations was handy and free secure parking was a massive bonus without having to worry about on street parking or safety issues! property was nice and easy to get to Hollywood & the hills

Occasionally noisy during the night with other guests (or apartment residents?) being disruptive and noisy but not the fault of the hotel directly. Difficult to park occasionally if arriving late in the day especially when all other spots were filled as seemed to happen most days - we drove a Jeep Gladiator so not the biggest car but was hard to manoeuvre in very tight carpark so worth thinking about.

Great location on Hollywood Blvd, very easy to find, relatively quiet but within a 15 min walk of the Walk of Fame. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area if you’re prepared to explore on foot. Easy check in, no nonsense staff and good facilities including a fridge and freezer in the room.

Stayed in front room and was super noisy from the street plus guests closing the entry door. Bed was not good - bad nights sleep because it was noisy, really soft; old mattress with duvet over the top or at least that’s what it felt like and every time one of us moved the whole bed rocked so the other was disturbed. such a shame as was night and day to our first 2 nights.

Close to Hollywood, parking available, clean, friendly staff. I wanted to rate this higher as we started our stay with 2 nights here and rebooked for our last night.

Pool needed an acid wash, bit noisy but not too bad, a little far from west hollywood.

Great staff, comfy king size bed, good parking availability, love the Googie signage! Also a good coffee place within a few steps away (Sabor y Cultura).

Noise travelled between the rooms very clearly, and the night we were there an number of groups were coming back late at night (3am). Normally we are sound sleepers, but it was challenging to sleep through.

Amazing location for our last night in LA. Walkable distance to lots of great Thai Town restaurants and other cafes, as well as Griffith Park and the Conservatory. Reasonable price for LA accommodation, and amazing/friendly staff :)

During our entire stay, not once was the room cleaned by the staff, also no change of towels, with a 4-day stay this is a problem. Limited parking spaces. With a tall car and all the open-air spaces occupied, there may be very little space under the building (quite a low garage).

Hotel in a very good location, very close to the walk of fame, close proximity to Universal Hollywood Studio and Griffith Observatory, Gated parking behind the gate, fast wifi, satellite TV, large spacious room, very friendly staff. Near subway station, bus stop, close to highway exit.

Theres a ledge between the bathroom and main room that is so easy to trip over. In every room. Has this problem. No ice machine

The room interior looked like it had better days long time ago. The room was comfy with unattractive decor. Noisy fridge and AC.

the building has poor soundproofing. first night late at around 3 o’clock, I was waked up by young people’s noises likely having a party.

check out time is at 11am (which is standard) but if folks are to check out at that time, there should be someone at reception from say 9.30-11.00. I tried to check out at around 10am and there was a sign saying 'back in 30 mins' which isn't great, especially since i had to catch a flight and L.A. traffic is terrrrible so every minute really counts and there was no way to contact the receptionist. The cleaning staff was a helpful as they could be in the situation, which i greatly appreciated.

room size, cleanliness, in-room amenities (coffee/tea machine, fridge, microwave), property felt very safe as did the room, location was good (and surprisingly quiet), walking distance to Target, multiple restaurants (thai town). Walk of fame and downtown hollywood are about 15mins walking from the property. Lacey was super friendly.

There was No forks nor spoons in the room - ho we are suppose to it heated meal form the microwave? The tv didn't work and there was No thicker quilt, just thin blankiet. There was No Daily cleaning as it was started in the offer. Air heating is very loud.

That I had to wait for a room til 4pm cause none was cleaned out then they gave room 1 with the bed that was falling to one said. Got up every hr cause I kept hearing the gate slamming threw out the night. And that room is out on the side walk so in the early morning we here cars beeping like they was in our room at 5am.. sucked. For the price I paid..
