It was promised the rooms would be tidied up every other day, but it wasn’t done during our stay. Breakfast was just average.

Location was good, facilities were appropriate.

The hotel is old and ready to renovation. The equipment, such as microwave oven, was without a plate, and the door knob was fixed while we've checked-in the room. As we arrived after 7.5 hours of flight from Europe and were very tired, we didn't expect to receive a room with no sheets and pillows for 3 of the guests. We had to arrange it ourselves. For a family of 5, it was quite difficult to get a taxi, and the distance from the city center was quite challenging.

The staff , especially Rafael, were kind, helpful and gave rapid response to our questions and needs. The restaurant across the street was excellent. The breakfast is sufficient and quite diverse. Free Parking is available near the hotel.

The whole hotel needs renovating, a few outlets were hanging out. The heating fancoils are really noisy when working. The value for money isn't there

Salty breakfast, a leftover tea bag (already dried) inside the coffee maker in my room from previous guests. My daughter had nonstop sniffles whenever she is in bed. As soon as we left the room she was all good. The shower head was placed up high and hard to reach (I am 5’6) almost no pressure (ground floor suite). Having said that a major renovation is on its way. Hopefully the price would not be increased after the renovation.

Location and a accommodating staff, a full kitchen with a dishwasher which is much appreciated. Room was spacious and very quiet.

It had some neglected cleaning issues, and a non operational lighting problem. Housecleaning vacuuming outside the door hitting the door while I had the DND sign on it was disturbing. Pluming caulk floaters I the tub and filth under the shower bench.

Perfectly convenient to events I attended. A fine addition to Union Sq.

It wasn’t very clear that housekeeping had to be requested 24hrs ahead or was only available after staying 4 nights. I was not told this at checkin.

Nothing, very happy with all aspects of accommodation and service.

Very helpful staff throughout stay, advised us that whilst we were stopping a few days the room wouldn't be cleaned, however if we wished for it to be done just to let them know. Staff at all times genuinely couldn't do enough. I'd forgotten despite the name that we would get a 'suite' so was very surprised with size of our room, didn't use majority of facilities we had, nice relaxation area, spacious comfortable bedroom area and spacious clean bathroom. As a bonus there was free breakfast, which was great, enabled us to have a relaxed start to the day, cooked items were different on each of the three days we were there. Travelled to and from hotel via bus, stop either straight outside or over the road from hotel. No bar at hotel, but very good sports bar next to hotel which enabled you to relax in an evening and good food too. Highly recommend this accommodation, would definitely stop here if in Boston again.

It would be great to have a better choice for breakfast food selection, e.g., sliced meat and cheese. This time an elevator to the parking area was not functioning/on service.

In general, it contained majority of basic things. Friendly and attentive staff.

Breakfast was a bit up and down, the small hash brown popato things were a bit soggy, not the best though. Plastic knives and forks Could hear next rooms quiite easily, seems the wall sound insulation not that good? Not a major issue for us, but we did notice. Light was turned on in the basement of the lift! Would be better to have that turned off! It spooked the kids:.:)

Staff were really helpful and friendly, we had come from 5 nights in New York and your team was a breath of fresh air on how nice everyone was compared with NY! The gymnasium great, I used it most days, decent equipment, clean and tidy, one of the treadmills did not work but that was the only issue I noticed. Air conditioning in the bed room seemed very powerful. Apart from one comment the breakfasts were quite reasonable. Nice to have fruit available.

Location is convenient to drive to from the interstate. It is also near a bike foot path that is a short walk to the Boston T subway line. The breakfast was very good.

no easy transportation to central Boston. if you plan visiting the city you need to use the car and pay a lot for parking or taxi.
