I got the impression this used to be an excellent hotel, but that the management has decided to skip maintenance and upkeep. The automated front doors were broken, the washing machine was broken, and the equipment in the fitness room didn't work. Although there were free weights, there was a strong, plug-in fragrance dispenser that made the air in the small, enclosure unbreathable. The pool water looked murky. We chose this hotel because of the guest laundry facilities and pool plus fitness room. Amenities aren't amenities if they only exist in the advertisement. 

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

people put above us had children and they ran and jumped until well after 10pm made it very hard to sleep, bottom floor I would not recommend.

The bath tub drain plug did not work and the sink was in the room rather than the bathroom. There was no wall plug in the bathroom— we like to put a night light in the bathroom so we don’t have to turn on the bright overhead light and noisy bathroom fan if we have to get up to use the bathroom during the night. If properties are going to stop putting wall plugs in the bathrooms perhaps they can consider adding a dim night light that is not tied to the fan.

The Inn was easy to find from I-80, it was within walking distance of several restaurants, and it had decent breakfast offerings.

Limited staff and lack of maintenance. First room assigned to us had no cold water to sink or shower. Maintenance staff gone, so offered to change rooms. Second room offered supposedly non-smoking, but clearly was not. Third room was fine, except the toilet required maintenance to not run forever. Available staff did their best to help address the situation, but repeated moves was frustrating.

Clean and pleasant accommodations. Upgraded finishes and furniture.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was okay but compared to other similar hotels on my trip the breakfast lacked variety and quantity.

The parking lot could use more lights. The property was behind another business and both lacked lights. There were pot holes and it had rained. Just be careful as you navigate whether driving or walking around.

The beds and pillows were soft, fresh, and comfortable. The desk person was efficient and helpful. The lobby was nice and they had a pool.

Toilet/bathroom very small, no exhaust Refrigerator wasn't working at all Housekeeping kept knocking even though checkout was at 11 a.m. and not before 10 a.m. Very uncomfortable pillows and mattress Side entrance wasn't adequately lit. (It was dark) Location appeared seedy since it was located behind a liquor store and next to adult boutique (so glad my vehicle was safe) Very limited parking, not good signage for parking at the back Lighting where the microwave and refrigerator was lacking. We had to use our cell phone flashlight app to see the controls.

Spacious room, had foldout bed; although I didn't need it, they had washer/dryer very accessible, breakfast was okay, front desk personnel were personable but obviously overworked, microwave worked well, enough coffee/tea packets

Breakfast was good, I just wish the coffee cups were a little larger. 😃
