Had to change rooms twice. 1st room had mold and rust in the bathroom. The 2nd room had a broken door knob. The 3rd room was ok since the I was only staying over night.

Knocking at the door at 950am when checkout is at 11am. Even when requested to check out at 12 staff still knocks around 10 in the morning.

Constantly out of coffee and would take at least 45 min. To brew a new pot. Any time you go to the front desk, it takes forever for someone to acknowledge and help you. Key card for room had to be reset on a daily basis. Hard to schedule a room cleaning.

All is well and the staff was so great he ask us what we need and give us all we need and he explains every detail about the rooms. But the comfort room on the room that we had does not have a lock on the door.

The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and laundry chemical.

The coffee in the office was OK. The breakfast was more of an assortment of pre-packaged snacks (granola bars and chocolate or blueberry muffins) and oatmeal.

The only thing i found uncomfortable was the bed. It was so hard. I tossed and turned majority of the night. I read all the reviews for this hotel before booking and no one mentioned the beds. I didn't visit the breakfast based on the reviews either.

Staff was super nice, engaging, and accommodating. Room was cozy, ample parking. Close to freeway. What i really like about the hotel was how quiet it was.

BREAKFAST WAS JUST COFFEE, HOT COCOA AND PACKAGED OATMEAL, PARKING WAS VERY LIMITED THAT WE HAD TO WALK A DISTANCE TO OUR ROOM, WE WERE THERE FOR TWO DAYS WITH NO AMENITIES TO USE SUCH AS A POOL, SPA OR GYM. NO ENTERTAINMENT OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY AVAILABLE AT ALL ON THE PROPERTY.

THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THERE WAS MUCH KITCHEN STORAGE SPACE FOR OUR 2 DAY STAY AND THERE WAS A STOVE TOP, MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR AS WELL AS A DINNING TABLE WITH CHAIRS. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FREINDLY.

Room, especially the kitchen and bathroom, could use an upgrade and modernization. Breakfast could be better too by making it a hot food and sit-down breakfast.

When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes, I had to call. The microwave didn’t work in the room and the kitchen didn’t come with any utensils or even a pan. The breakfast that they said was offered was just oatmeal packs and tea/coffee. I thought there would be more options.

Bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean. The outside of the hotel was nice looking and in a good area. Parking was easy to find and no extra charge.

The counters were dirty and the sheets weren’t fresh 😔 there were hairs from the previous people in the head area. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing…I’ve had a full breakfast at my La Quinta stays in the past and spent way less on the room. I spent$185/ night here and they had coffee and pumpkin spice oatmeal packets 🙁 so that was a bummer

The clients. On both weekends that I stayed at this property, I was awakened at 1:30, 3:30 or 5:30 am by loud noises ( one was a screaming match in the parking lot, one was the sound of moving furniture, one was a visitor banging in the neighbor's door.). During the week, the place is great, though.

Clean, big laundry room. All of the kitchenware needed to cook. Comfortable studio. Good location. Excellent value for money DURING THE WEEK!

The bed was the cheapest, toughest bed I’ve ever slept in; in a hotel. Yet I payed the same price as a comparable hotel with amazing beds. Everything was outdated and old in the room. It was not enjoyable.

The location is an average part of the city. It wasn’t unsafe or questionable in any way.
