Unfortunately, there was a ticking noise that kept coming up everytime we either used the bathroom sink or the bathroom fan, in room 331. It seemed to have been attached to the sprinkler system. After we used both things, the ticking noise would persist and it would take at least 10 minutes to stop. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep and of course a ticking noise is simply not pleasant. When we arrived on January 19th (around 8:35pm) the lady who greeted us was lovely and nice, I asked her for cups to make my morning coffee and she even offered sugar, she was so helpful. Sadly, her kindness was overshadowed by the morning staff who made everything extremely unbearable. First of, I asked for an extra day (Jan 20th) and the lady who had a colleague there was ringing me up while the other one tried to program my two room keys (a blue one and a green one). I tried to open the door but my green key failed. I opened my door with the blue key and gave it to my son, then ran to tell them to fix the green one. The rude lady said "what happened to the two blue keys I gave you?" I told her "I didn't see you pulling an additional blue key from anywhere, this is the first time I come here and I had a green one and a blue one. She then told me "I need both keys for it to work, I can't program just one" I had to run to my room and get both keys down. She wasn't pleased and probably implied that I had somehow acquired the green key "by other means". Next morning I came down to get "breakfast" and had a bag to take two granola bars, two oatmeal packets and napkins for me and my son to eat when I went back up the service lady saw me and said "ma'am please leave some for the other guests!" I tried to tell her I didn't eat breakfast the day before because we woke up late and there was no coffee to which she replied "it's 9:30 hun, breakfast time is over sorry!".

The property was good, pretty clean and has a full kitchen. The cleaning people ate efficient.

Thin walls, could hear other people yelling at their dog and constant door slamming all night.

Staff was kind and very accommodating when I called ahead asking if I could check in early since I was in town ahead of time.

The hotel wasn’t very clean; the staff wasn’t friendly; the breakfast was beyond disappointing and they ran out of coffee and it took them over 30 minutes to replace it.

The “breakfast “ was not good… thought there would be juice and options for breakfast except for the same muffins and breakfast bars. And my grandson was allergic to peanut butter the bars had it… which in schools never gets shared… you may rethink that! Coffee was the o my thing I got… oh well….

The beds were comfortable, I like that there were 2 big beds in the room, I like that there was a regular size refrigerator in the room, glad there was a table with 2 chairs to eat on, and the bathrooms had great showers!

The bathroom wasn't that clean and the breakfast was coffee, hot water, and take away muffins, oatmeal and breakfast bars. If breakfast is advertised, I thought it would be a hot breakfast.

They only served chocolate muffins for breakfast. Juice orange and coffee. I'm allergic to chocolate and I picked extended stay because it offered breakfast. I could not take advantage of that perk. So yes I was disappointed.

Bad WiFi connection on first night. Got better later. Keycard working intermittently. Had to refresh it 3x. Kitchen exhaust is horrible. Smell just circulates inside the room.

outside doors were not secure. anyone off the street could walk in. the room key lock wasn't working so they just left the door the open. could tell its been broken for quite sometime now, that was scary. no security guard any where.

We had a studio but it was essentially a standard room with a tiny stove, a microwave and a large fridge. There was no daily room service without notifications. No hair conditioner and lotion. One chair in the room was filthy. The double bed was small and not comfortable. The room card suddenly stopped working for many guests on the first day. The check-in process was a bit slow.

You had to call down for everything. The kitchen was completely empty. Not even cups. The fridge had 2 empty ice trays, so you had to wait for them to freeze. When I needed more wash cloths I was told from morning g staff I had to wait they were being washed, but when I asked later that night she told me I had to ask between 3pm and 10pm. Smh

It was close to restaurants and other attractions. Nice size kitchen

Comfortable, affordable spacious rooms. Fulfilled the purpose of my stay. Overall stay was good. Booking and checking process was seamless. Staff members helpful and responsive. Great customer service.

The breakfast is not really a breakfast it is more like snacks. they have oatmeal and granola bars didn’t see anything else other than coffee. the toilets are low flushing and you have to flush them two or three times. didn’t have the correct amount of rooms I needed but they made accommodations for that issue. It’s a smoke free hotel however it smelled like stale cigarette smoke all the time.
