The flickering light switch was annoying. It interferred with sleep. We covered it up with tapr and cardboard.

Location was perfect for visiting family in the area. Bed was comfortable and there was both microwave and refrigerator.

This is one hotel I would never go again staff at the main office was very nice, but the rest was not a place go for vacation. To start the cleaning staff would go into my room when I told them not to go in I caught her coming out of my room, the floors were never cleaned when I told them to make sure the floor was moped but never got done I could go on with a whole nother paragraph so no my vacation was terrible.

Breakfast blah, waffle mix had no flavor. Refrigerator in breakfast room needs to be cleaned. Room very warm, air not controllable. Witnessed maintenance man belittling guest when guest complained about the air conditioner, told guest "open the window, it'll be cold as hell,",maintenance man rolled eyes, should have offered to check it. They had the same maintenance man, doing the breakfast room, and he is no ball of fire. Hallway was cooler than room. No housekeeping or clean towels offered. Witnessed fight between 2 people in a car in parking lot.

Beds comfortable. 24 hour coffee. Rooms ok, would be better if air conditioner worked correctly.

when we first entered the hotel room we noticed that the floors were I’m assuming vinyl from them pulling the carpet up there were big patches of glue all over the floor the floor was not swept let alone washed so I had to go to the dollar tree and purchase a broom and dust pan a mop a bucket and some cleaning solution to wash the floor before we could even take our shoes off. it wasn’t a big issue but it still is an issue because we paid for the room for two nights the television evidently had either been dropped hit or something because it had several white dots through the picture on every channel I’m going to include pictures of the room and of the television viewers booking.com every time I’ve went away and I’m very unhappy with the situation😢👎🏻 also the room had an adjoining door which we didn’t have much insulation in it because I could smell that the person next-door the whole visit that we were there the two days were smoking marijuana👎🏻 it would only let me select one picture for each area of the room so I just used it selection to put a picture of what the room and what I had a problem with and each selection thank you

I was told that they would be able to put me in a first floor room because I am a disabled veteran., I got there and they claimed they had sent no response and the annoying guy behind the counter kept trying to get me to cancel the room at check in. But wait that’s not enough. They’ve replaced carpeting in rooms with linoleum. So every sound echoes and magnifies. People were still checking into their rooms after 3am. Having literal groups of drunks dropping their heavy luggage on the floors above, next to and around us made it impossible to sleep. The beds creaked and were incredibly uncomfortable. I only weigh 180lbs so it shouldn’t have been my weight. There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

did not know renovations were going on . No breakfast served. entrance door to room had open space all around were light came in all night. curtains did not keep out light from outdoor spotlites.toilet seat did not fit toilet. vending machine did not work took money but did not give product purchased. I know this was not your issue.
