I didn't complain because there wasn't much to be done, but there were some other people on the same floor as us that decided to indulge and party until late. I was not able to sleep due to the loudness of their activity outside of our room.

Location was great and easy access to interstate. Breakfast was better than expected.

The location next to the elevator was my only complaint. It was loud when groups were getting off and on.

The breakfast was good but there was not a lot of room to sit. All the seats were taken and we had to take our food back to the room.

The pool was closed for several hours after we checked in, so we couldn't go swimming. The laundry was expensive to use, so I didn't do laundry. The key card to the room would stop working continuously. The sink in the room wouldn't drain, and Grapes would float up from pipes. The bed and pillows were decent.

The front desk lady was so nice and helpful with our issues. The breakfast was good. The location from the freeway was great and right next to Cracker Barrel, which was even better.

A little dated. The room could use a deep clean.There were several areas that needed attention. The tile floors in the bathroom area would turn your feet black if you walked in them bare foot. The sink would not drain properly and there were still hairs (not just one or two) still in the tub, around and in the sink and the toilet need to be cleaned around the foot and the back. Was checking for bed bugs and found what appeared to be a napkin or paper behind the bed that had been chewed by a mouse. There was sheet rock putty chips on the carpet from where the wall was deteriorating from humidity. There was mold behind the curtain on the wall. The air conditioning unit had a “locker room” smell which gave the room a terrible odor. The mini fridge in the room was not working.

It’s in a very convenient location. Quick trip to several restaurants, Walmart, service stations and shopping. The beds were decently comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus, we expected continental but it was actually a hit bar, not the best but nice.

My bed little hard.

The location was great. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The lady at the front desk was the best receptionist I have ever seen!! She was friendly, helpful and just right down nice. In todays world you need someone like her!! Room was clean and pool was great!!

Did not like the coffee or in room coffee maker. Front desk was supposed to split our cost for the room but it ALL ended up on my card.

The noisy sofa and laundry room which did not have a door to close out this loud sound.

Convenience! The first night was a disaster we got in at 730pm and we wereplaced in a room opposite the very very noisy laundry and soda machine room (no door on this area to filter out some of the noise) front desk advised us they were booked solid so we could not move rooms, therefore we endured a sleepless night, we were successfully moved to a quieter area for the rest of our weeks stay and we did not receive any compensation from the hotel even though our booking was made in advance. The staff were very nice and helpful from then on.

Notthat fault of the property, but the couple across from us got into a screaming match, complete with slamming doors, profanities, and hallway mayhem. It was around 10:30 at night, my kids woke me up scared. Management took care of it quickly, but it was not pleasant.

TV did not work. Waited couple hours but only person on site brought another TV to my room, she could not get any help but thankfully was able to watch second half of game after missing first half. Breakfast was not very good. AC could not read temp and made strange noises intermittently.

The older lady that was the only staff on site carried a different TV to my room because mine was not functional. Sad that she did not have better support for such an obvious problem for a guest. Beds were good.

The floor/carpet seemed quite dirty. Some of the base boards seemed to need attention. I couldn’t figure out the tv and remote, I guess. Some channels were silent.....?

I like the managers and front desk staff we very nice in trying accommodate us. Some of the Housekeeping staff was somewhat inconsiderate or seemed not to care too much. They were not trying to get rooms refreshed or prepped with any sense of urgency. We stayed 3 nights and did not have our room refreshed once. I saw them display some not so good attitudes in front of guests and I saw one housekeeper sitting on a bed on her phone smiling and laughing while guests were waiting for rooms to become available. There was trash that needed emptying in the ice/vendor room that was never cleared and on day 3 was pretty ripe. I would think the housekeepers would have checked and cleared it but did not. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean but there is some updating that needs to happen in the next year but overall were clean and functional. I know the last year has been tough on your industry and getting enough and good help is an issue so we accepted what we saw and didn't want to report it to you because of this. Managers did their best and were under a lot of pressure but did very well considering the obstacles they had to face and did it all with a smile. Prior to Covid, I would guess these issues wouldn't have been. The property was a pleasant sight and great location for us and it was a satisfactory stay. We would go back thinking things normally run a little smoother.
