Bathroom had no night light and had to turn on the whole bathroom light which had the fan attached which was noisy.

The pictures make it look like a new property or even resort like. I thought that may be why the cost was so high, but the hotel is older with water stains in the ceiling and multiple renovations. $350 a night was way too high.

My only complaint was, Certain toiletries were empty. Some people only eats white eggs, it would be nice if they were provided with that request. Otherwise it was all good. Not sure what VALUE means, so didn’t mark it.

The only thing I can think of is the eggs and sausage was almost cold.

Everything was great. They were able to do my request. The place was very nice. I liked that I was on the 1st floor and a door out to the patio.

Only problem was the construction that was going on during my stay which was unavoidable but still kept waking me up super early.

The wooden scenery around the hotel was very nice. As well as being close to a lot of restraints and grocery stores.

Too crowded during breakfast time. Too many people lined up at the waffle maker, disrupting other people's dining and pickup.

American breakfast, as expected, tastes good. There is enough parking space and the hotel is in a great location and easy to reach. Living on the first floor, it is very convenient that the room has a door leading to the atrium.

Hallways, esp at entrance door way too dark/ dimly lit. Seriously slippery entrances from ice/melting snow. Should sprinkle sno- melt granules at ALL entranceways. Extremely dangerous. Definitely not worth the price for one night stay, alone.

The shape of the room is a little odd because there are 2 bedrooms next to each other

We arrived on Wednesday the 3rd of January and left on January 6th in the morning. We had requested house keeping to come and clean our room the second day of our stay. We requested for the house keeper to take out the trash, and put in new towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately no one stopped by to do our request. There was someone at reception, I have forgotten their name, but they took the initiative to bring us new towels and clean out the trash for us! They were really helpful and extremely cordial! The air conditioner in our room at times would blow cold air. It looked really old/outdated. We tried to adjust it to the right temperature, but struggled with it until we finally figured out how to work it ourselves. Breakfast was okay. The eggs didn’t really have any taste. We would have wished there were more options for people who don’t eat meat, like potatoes or greens. They had sausage every single time. Every day it was the same breakfast, which was a disappointment, but we did really enjoy the bagels and cream cheese. Other than that, the eggs were always hot, and coffee was delicious! Down side is that breakfast finishes too early at 9 am. A good time in my opinion to end breakfast would have been at 11 am. If you decide to go up their when it snows, the parking lot does freeze, and it gets super slippery. The exit was covered in ice. Watch for your car not to skid. Also last picture was a mistake! I couldn’t delete it!

I really liked the friendly staff, and their willingness to make our stay better. They were more than happy to provide us with anything we needed.
