No housekeeping in my room my entire stay. Did not like the sink set up being right next to the door. Loud traffic at poolside.

The room was clean on arrival. Loved my bed, pillows and linen. Quiet inside. Good breakfast, better than I expected.

The facilities are dated. This causes the hotel to look unclean. The breakfast provided has minimal options. The juice machine was not working. There were days that breakfast options were out and some patrons did not have breakfast. There is a restroom on the main floor that has been out of service and it appears it will not be repaired. I read reviews from 3 months ago that stated it was out-of-order and it is still in that condition. The vending machines on the main floor were not in service.

Viera is a beautiful city with a variety of restaurants and shopping close by. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to the interstate. Some staff members were extremely polite and willing to help with any requests. I believe the employee's name was Willie. He was extremely friendly and willing to help with issues. There was another staff member, who worked the breakfast area that talked with us and made sure we had a pleasant experience.

My 1st room had a sour smell and the carpet was wet. I was moved to a smaller room but it actually was nicer. I received a refund for the difference.

The quietness of the area. Gas station and Walmart is very close.

The property is in need of refurbishing. The closet door didn’t close properly, needs some painting, and the parking lot had large potholes.

Facilities were clean. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The night stay, hotel not up to expectations for being Wyndham

Morning staff was great, night clerk when we checked in was not so welcoming very dry and unprofessional to be working in the hospitality business. Hotel was not up to standards for amt paid. Looked like a cheap motel in the room and hallways. Glad we were only there for a 1 night stay.

After dinner came back in the room and used the toilet -- after flushing it sounded like a "jack Hammer". The front desk attendants came up -- could not fix and said the problem would be reported but no other room available. Asked about compensation and told to speak with front desk in the morning since she was the only one who could handle that request. In the morning (by "chance" the toilet stopped making the noise") spoke with attendant, who was not aware of the problem but told us she could not do anything and gave us a card with who could. Also mattress needed had seen its day and water damage showed in the bathroom. Room itself was sparse -- not like other La Quinta's that we have stayed in. Also no local map available.

Location -- right off I-95. And close to where we were meeting others.

The lobby and public areas are all shabby. The elevator was out of order. The juice machine was out of order at breakfast. The grout around the toilet in the room was dirty and badly applied. The bathroom by the lobby was gross.

the beds were horrible and small - My room had a bad smell were I lower the air plus I was in the first floor in front of the laundry room where the staff worked -

The breakfast was good - the air cooled awesome. Staff were very friendly - I booked early for my trip and got a good rate.

Better monitoring of the halls, something treated the poor smell, better tv, better sitting arrangements.

The room smelled like it had mold in it, the whole building smelled like stagnant water was around and was not pleasant. The TV didn’t work properly, and there was someone in the halls yelling all night. The only spot to sit was the bed, the desk didn’t have a chair and the corner of the room was empty where a seat would normally be placed.

The staff was nice, but they seem to have problems with the food, I guess because of holiday. They ran out of eggs, and when I went down to get some breakfast for the three of us that were staying at the hotel, the first day they put a stop on what I was serving just because they didn't have enough for the people that were staying in the hotel. I had to inform them that The food I was taking was not all for me, that I had more members of the family upstairs in the room waiting for breakfast. I was very disappointed 😞. I have been taking my vacation twice a year for almost nine years staying at la quinta. And I was always super satisfied. But not this time. I understand that it was a weekend of a holiday, but I felt like I was treated like I was greedy with the food
