Lack of wash cloths and soap in the bathroom. There was a odd smell in the room, like a barn.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious.

breakfast was lame. They were running out of items and people were telling the host what was needed or asking if they had anymore of the items and the hose could not understand english and made it difficult to communicate

The carpets and common areas could definitely use some upgrading and there are stains everywhere. But the rooms were great and the common areas are decorated nicely enough to detract from the floors.

The best thing I can say about this location is that they had wonderful front desk staff. Just really sweet people. I was in Cary for a medical procedure. On checkout day I had to get extra fluids and medications in the morning from the medical office. I returned very groggy and they were so sweet to give us an extra hour for checkout before we had to leave for the airport. It was everything! And if I’m ever in Cary again, I’ll be staying there!

Room cleaned about every other day or so. Not a big deal since my party was pretty clean, but that was my experience. Another nitpick is that breakfast was the same everyday (stayed 6 nights) and was pretty plain (eggs, sausage patties, waffles, etc), but the grocery store is next door for extra variety.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of outlets, plus alarm clock with USB outlets by the beds. No issues with bathroom. Towels were fluffy, Dove soap and shampoo stocked. Cable TV was nice, plus the TV itself has Netflix and Youtube that you can log in to; TV cleared out log-in info every day at around noon so didn't have to worry about logging out when leaving. Location is close to the freeway, a WakeMed hospital, and is located behind strip mall that has a Walmart and a full grocery store. Area felt safe, though streets and sidewalks beyond the property aren't well-lit at night.

We liked the room, it was "roomy" and needed extra tissue, no problem to receive. Had a microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast had a good variety of items.

The property needs maintenance. the ceiling needs to be cleaned. There was dust in the room. The sheets were stained and I had a musty smell.

The personal was so nice. The location of hotel was on point.

The bathroom shower in my room was in poor condition and had severe water damage to the surrounding wall. The interior shower wall itself was cracked across and separated from the wall. I also noticed walking throughout the hotel and hall area there were several areas of disrepair.

This location is convenient to my family member for visits and is generally in a safe location.

All the plugs in the room were loose. It felt dangerous to plug something in and then when you pulled it out the entire socket was loose or it fell right out. It didn’t matter what plug in the room.
