We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The size of the jr suite we booked was very spacious,the bathroom was really nice as well.the location was everything,we were close by restaurants,shopping malls etc.loved the free parking.

United StatesI feel the price was a bit excessive just for an overnight stay. I was not able to take advantage of any other amenities either. I was also displeased with not being able to check in directly online and use a mobile key.
I liked the cleanliness of the room. The decor and furniture were very modernized as well. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, and I enjoyed a few of the bonus appliances.

United StatesI have no grievances with the property  It was an excellent stay  I guess just a nit pick  the housekeeper, forgot one of our glasses on our wet bar but everything was clean and nice  and I didn’t use any of the glasses so didn’t bother me at all
Location,  starting when you walk in you smell clean smells and you walk into a very nice bright, updated modern place with smiling faces bellhops and Starbucks in another restaurant  the rooms are pretty comfortable  Our room could use a little bit of paint touchup, but it was quite clean and comfortable with definitely stay again.  The pool, hot tub and fitness area was excellent. They even had locker rooms and a  sauna  complementary robes in the closet and lavender pillow. Roll-on was a nice touch.  Oh, and I liked my name being on the TV. That was a nice personal touch. I appreciated that staff was also wonderful. They wouldn’t give me a few minutes later on my check out but that’s OK. The stuff is still great.

United StatesThe hotel is starting to show wear. The bottom of the doors of the rooms are starting to peel. Our refrigerator didn’t work. We had to call maintenance. The safe did not work. The door to the bathroom has swollen so much overtime that you needed to push to actually get out of it.
The location is wonderful. The lobby smells wonderful.

Breakfast was in the restaurant which I didn't care for. Offer continental breakfast station- not in the restaurant.

United StatesWe brought our own breakfast food. Anything we might have purchased for breakfast seemed pricey. A cup of coffee at the in house Starbucks cost double the normal price.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We found the service to be all we could expect. I was surprised not to find free internet apart from signing up to become Westin members.
