Terrible smell of tobbaco and marihuanna in the room. Dirty carpet. Hairdryer did not work. No soap and conditioner. Only shampoo. Power outlet is terrible.

you really need new carpet , curtains , paint on the walls . the maids have to come replenish the towels & needs new bathroom mats for the bathtub it was very slippery . the bed was on a sloop so it was not comfortable at all

Everything just looked dirty, the carpet, the tub, the walls, there were stains everywhere. The door in our bathroom had a big hole in it. It looked like someone had kicked it. I get that we stayed during a weekend and its in Orlando but for such a cheap looking place 137 isn’t worth it

The location because it was close to universal. The outside area, I liked that the parking area was big.

No smoke detector in the room. Trash was piled up and garbage cans were overflowing in the hallways by the rooms. Not just one of the garbage cans but 3 of them. The room was dirty and hadn't been dusted properly.

The rooms had roaches, it took over an hour to get checked in, staff wasn't thrilled to bring us extra toilet paper and towels.

The location was perfect for our trip. For the amount of time we spent in the room it really wasnt to terrible.

I got charged more than the room cost others. After already having reservations we had to stand in line for 3 hours to get into our room. We had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and no one would answer the office phone for assistance. The room had roaches.

The size of the room was actually pretty good. That is all that I can say about the whole experience that was OK.

The blankets were stained/dirty, the TV did not work, the facilities and room were very old and poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms due to the conditions.

all of the buildings are old and in need of repair. we waited in line for one and half hours to check in, and had to walk across what appeared to be a derelict site.

The property wasn’t clean. I found a bug in my room. The door wouldn’t shut from the outside. the shower was messed up and dirty. The toilet was so nasty inside of it.

A lot of water leaking from upstairs to downstairs. The smell of mildew was a little overwhelming.

The rooms were horribly dirty and unattended. No smoke detector, no phone, it said no smoking but it smelled of cigarettes hence the missing smoke detector. the carpet was very stained and brown if you walk on it without shoes your feet turn black as if you walked on the street and linens, towels looked dirty at check in so I went to the local gift shop and bought 2 for $11 each. The pool was also dirty with ducks swimming and pooping in it at night which did not allow anyone to use the facilities. I needed new linen on the second night and since there was no phone in the room I had to walk to the front desk and ask where the other front desk agent (not the lady who checked me in) said she would send some and they never came. We ended up sharing the sheets from the other bed and luckily I had extra in my car.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. It was very close to all the parks and lots of restaurants and shops near by.

bathroom tub Super ugly , broken parts and look like some welding went wrong inside the tub . The tub was clogged , water almost didnt drain . The carpet was extra dirty , Did not walk without shoes anytime.

The outside nor the inside was particularly clean. There were bugs on the ceiling of my room. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and hurt my back.

My brother, who is deaf went to the lobby twice to report the following: "Red long shirt man around 50 years old urinated next to the ice machine on the second floor. Then, I went down to the first floor in building 8." However, nobody apologized or even cleaned the mess. Not even on the next day. As well, my brother was charged an extra $50, and I don't understand why he was asked for that if I pre-paid in advance. If it were a deposit, it should have been held on the credit card I've paid with,
