How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was what was expected.
Breakfast was danish, yogurt, bananas or oatmeal with coffee and juice. Beds were very comfy and room clean. Housekeeping took out trash and gave clean towels daily. All the office staff were very approachable and friendly. Will go back!

It's an older motel, and the outside could use a little TLC, but overall it's good. No major issues
Basic room. Clean, and had laminate floors. I like that much better than nasty carpet. Area wasn't bad. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Waffle House

Bathroom exhaust needs to be replaced very loud and blows in instead of exhausting out.
Always a good stay here. Large rooms and clean. Quiet location

A bit noisy from people in the parking lot but calmed down by 10. Side note - Realized after it was Daytona Bike Week.
Good location for a stop over on our way to Florida. Room was clean and had microwave and fridge.

Needs a little exterior updating
Outside of the hotel appear to be a little older however, the rooms were updated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily which was a plus. We always had clean towels as well.

Some would say it needs updated. That doesn't bother me. I look for clean, comfortable, safe, and a reasonable price. This hotel checks all those boxes.
Wonderfully clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, pet friendly hotel. We've stayed in a lot of pet friendly hotels that weren't people friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. The furniture is in good condition. I was so happy to find the Relax Inn in Perry. We will definitely stay there again.

It was a bit noisy but not disturbing. I can't think of anything else
We liked the location. The size of the room was nice, compared to more expensive hotels. Easy access to grass for dogs. Room was clean. Staff pleasant. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to downtown and other restaurants. We will book again.

No hot water the evening we checked in (around 9pm). Possibly because it was an end unit? 🤷🏻♀️ There was hot water in the morning. Towels and sheets clean but stiff. Needs fabric softener in laundry. Room was clean but in definite need up updating. Continental breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed there last year and it was better Dec ‘22. Seems to have gone down in quality. 😟
The woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

Facility is dated but I wasn’t staying by there long do it wasn’t a bother
Nice place to stay while heading further down the road. We travel to Fla and this hotel gives us what we need for an overnight stay at a fair price

Everything was good.
I didn’t use the breakfast bar, only coffee. The attendant brewed fresh coffee for my wife and I. It was very good.

The tub/shower bottom was very slippery and there was no rubber mat to put down. Fortunately they had a handicapped rail there.
Very convenient to the fairgrounds. Very clean even though it is an older motel. Great value!

Breakfast - I don't expect a Holiday Inn breakfast but maybe some muffins or bagels. What is there is ok and it gets the job done but even if it was more of a variety of Little Debbie it would seem better. Bathroom - the shower heads could be updated. They are a little funky and leak if you touch them.
Been staying for about 3 years now (horse show) and the staff is always super nice and I have never walked into a dirty room. Everything is always clean and nice.

Could use a deep clean and some TLC, but for the most part the room was clean, spacious and everything worked well. Had a little trouble with turning on and off the shower, but hot water and good water pressure!
Convenient location, well lit, easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet. Pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee!
