A bigger room!

Location! Very close to Broadway theaters, Columbus Circle, Central Park and many superb restaurants, all walkable from the hotel!

It would have been nice to have a small coffee pot in the room.

The location was outstanding! We could walk to all of the Broadway shows and to the Columbus Circle train station. There were a lot of food choices available, including the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld--soup and lobster rolls to die for! The staff was very friendly and and helpful. The door is always monitored, which made us feel secure...Thanks, Jerry! There is a lounge on the second floor which was a nice place to meet up with the other people we were traveling with. The bed was very comfortable--appreciated since we walked 18,000+ steps every day.

With regards to the lounge, I just wish they did have the coffee bar open as I have been to other hotels on trips in the summer and they were serving coffee.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the location as it was close to Time Square but far enough away to not hear all the noise. We used the lounge on the second floor in the evening to visit and have our snacks.

One of the front desk staff could have been more customer friendly. We ran the marathon and beforehand asked if we could just get a new key when we got back. The message did not get to the new front desk person in the afternoon and she was a bit rude about it. Also, with one elevator, the cleaning staff or maintenance should not be holding the elevator at any floor. When I was trying to meet my uber to get to the airport, it took over 5 minutes because you could hear the elevator being held at the different floors.

Room was nice. For the most part, the staff was great. The location to everything we needed was great.

The only window in the room was a foot from a brick wall, so there was zero natural light and it felt very claustrophobic.

Friendliness of the staff - they checked us in early after a long over night flight and were very warm at reception. Room looked new and clean.

Bed was really hard. I like a firm bed, but this was super firm. Curtains need to be cleaned, and some of the furniture had lots of visible wear. There’s a club across the street, that was fine the first night (Friday) of our stay, but on our second night, ppl were outside until 3am. This is not the hotels fault obviously, but if you are looking for a quiet location, this may not be for you.

Location is nice, easy access to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and well decorated. Car service to the airport was well priced ($65 plus tip). There’s an attendant 24/7, so feels safe.

The AC unit in the room was a bit noisy, and you had to ask the staff for clean towels because they do not tidy the rooms during covid. Other than that, it was all excellent.

Small, but comfortable room. Very clean. Appreciated that the shower had a wand, that was very convenient. Great location with many cafes and several grocery stores at a walking distance. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Room was not cleaned every day reuse towels and in looking for something dropped on found found several soda caps and sheet did not look clean and were spotted with what?

I did have a problem with the shower hose It was broken, but I called the front desk and the evening staff was very helpful and understanding and she apologize to me for any inconvenience.

Elevator reeeallly slow. Limited ‘extras’ at front desk: did not have first aid kit or ability to help with plates for the night we wanted take out in our room (it is COVID still).

Bed said it all. Better than most people probably have at home. Guest lounge was perfect for transitioning from travel to vacation mode. Fast walk to major sites and activities. Staff were friendly and responsive. Great value.

Reception staff surley and on their mobil phones all the time. No natural light in bedroom as small window looked out onto brick wall from next building. Air conditioner very loud and not able to adjust temperature.

Good size room for NYC. Bed quite comfortable. Guest lounge where you could get complementary tea and coffee. Good location.

It was close to places we planned to visit, it was quiet, complementary coffee tea & complementary / discounted breakfasts. The subway was nearby. Jerry was awesome! He always welcomed us back & asked what we had been up to. He made suggestions & always asked if we had everything we needed. The staff were always welcoming.
