We got a Upgrade and the new room was awesome. Staff was really cool. Located at the ocean drive but wasn’t to nosy at night.

ACCESS TO BEACH WAS NOT DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE HOTEL AS THERE WAS A FOOD FAIR GOING ON, THUS LONG WALK AND VERY CROWDED. VERY NOISY IN HOTEL WITH GO-GO GIRLS DANCING UNDER OUR WINDOW -- BUT IT SIMPLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE SCENE AND WE DIDN'T LET IT BOTHER US. KEPT WINDOWS CLOSED THOUGH.

GREAT LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE SOUTH BEACH. The man at the Desk was very helpful.

Our room was a little bit weary.

The overall location was good, but you should account that sometimes the place may be too loud and crowded. However in the morning the Ocean Drive is super calm and relaxing. The room itself was clean and spacious. In overall, it was good value for money.

We were on the top floor with a lovely balcony. Unfortunately the constant drone of the next door industrial generator or aircon really took the shine off the lovely room. It was extremely noisy

Providing a coffee machine in the room is a great idea but not providing mugs, cups or spoons doesn’t help when wanting coffee in the morning!!

Terrible pillows, need to invest in new ones for the price of the Marriott. They did give me different pillows which were softer but very old a lumpy. Shame because everything was great and a great eggs Benedict included for breakfast. Good expresso coffee in rooms

It’s very pricy for the amenities. The cleaning staff was just lounging around in the room when we checked in. Also - the couple ahead of us in line was explaining to the desk staff that they were robbed! Bad sign. The cops were called etc. not a great sign :(

Can't park in front even to unload! Cops are so aggressive. Need to use valet if you're stopping in front of the hotel. But the garage was literally around the corner this inconvenience wasn't as big of a deal. The music was on until 10pm or 11pm depending on the day, but it didn't bother us. Most of Ocean Drive in the evening has a lot of noise so this common.

Can't beat the location versus price. On Ocean Drive close to EVERYTHING - beach, restaurants, nightlife, pharmacy, etc. Location just made life easier. We parked our rental car at the public garage 3-5 mins away. We borrowed the hotel's bikes and drove up and down Ocean Drive to get breakfast. You can swim in their sister hotel pool, but there was too much going on we never got around to it. Evenings they have flamenco guitar and dancer, belly dancer. Such great entertainment! Highly recommend. They have free water, coffee in the lobby.

The hotel entrance is not very obvious as you gotta walk through the terrace of a restaurant to get to the lobby of the hotel, the staff at our arrival was not very friendly or open to answering any questions, however during check out we had the most lovely receptionist.

The location was great, plenty of food and shopping options and the proximity to the beach is amazing.

we ask at the desk to call a taxi and how much will be the price. they called an expensive one, the price was double than a yellow cub.

the location is great, just in the center of the ocean street where everything is happening, near the beach, near the rent a car office, near restaurants and ccc. the hotel has two restaurants , bicikle to use, an atrium whwere you can sit and eat your meal. the personell was excelent, polite and happy to help. the offer towwels, umbrella and beach chairs, for free.

The check-in is too late in my opinion (4 pm). Could be 2 pm to let people enter early and enjoy the hotel facilities/beach around.

Very good location, near to the beach, with good restaurant options around, and a very clean/organized bedroom. The hotel staff were very kind and flexible with the check-out.
