The main floor was a little tired looking. It was always really cold and smelled like disinfectant. The price was a little high.

Location and staff were superb! We were able to check in early, and they held our bags for us and let us use towels and beach chairs after we checked out. The rooms were updated and very nice. We got a beachfront room without even asking.

Would have liked a coffee machine in our room and we could have had one if there was room for it.

The location and the atmosphere and although it didn't have a pool we could use the pool at it's siter hotel which was also lovely.

Our only negative would be to improve on the refreshment facilities in the rooms. A kettle would be nice for tea drinkers. The water in the lobby was not hot enough.

This little gem’s location is excellent. The room was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided bottles of water, towels and chairs for the beach which was a bonus. Fresh coffee on tap if you like coffee.

Music was over baring and loud. Music started very early in the morning could't sleep in and turned off very late. Not an issue with the music it was just loader than other hotels near by. I have stayed in 3 different hotels on the stip and never expierenced the loudness of the music. Was supposed to get a discount on food while being a guest, did get a discount on some / not all our meals.

Hotel staff was wonderful and accodammating.

Room was spacious including a bathtub. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Hotel is in a brilliant location close to all amenities etc. Beach is over the road. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again on returning to Miami.

There were no dog parks nearby. We had to travel a little ways, but that isn't really in the hotel's control.

We were very happy to be right on the beach. We were also pleased to learn that the property is pet-friendly which allowed us to enjoy the trip as a family. Food was good, staff was great, and we would take the first opportunity we get to stay here again.

Honestly no problem, all was fine.

The hotel is great! Especially the personel - I could name anyone, but especially great guy Pino, who was very helpful and a lady (sorry i dont remember the name) which help us check in, even though it was still before check in time. Amaizing guys really! The room was spacious, and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. We got a room with bathtub and a shower, and that was really great. Another advantage is however proximity to the ocean - its literally 1 minute walk from the beach

Super convenient location, right in the middle of South Beach. 5 min walk from Versace Residence, bars and restaurants. Our room was facing the courtyard so we could hear music from the restaurant in the evening, once you closed the window it was very quiet. Nice room, nothing fancy, furniture ware w bit old, but the hotel has a great atmosphere. Front desk people were very friendly and offered to make fresh coffee for the communal coffee station. Public parking was just around the corner. Free bikes for guests use.

There is music from nearby bars until 11 pm, if you want to sleep earlier, it’s pretty loud.

Great Location - super close to the beach, really good bars and restaurants, and also to public transportation to the city center. Everything was clean, and nice, the room was really big with an amazing view to the ocean! Pino was extremely helpful and nice! There are bikes to rent and go around Miami beach which is very nice.

Please put a trash can in the room and a microwave. We would've purchased more food from the hotel if we could have warmed up left overs in the comfort of our room.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The time was great after the late nights! You could add some bacon and sausage to the menu.
