Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast had plenty of options. Covered parking was great for added security. Our kids liked the pool and it was so nice to have a lifeguard on duty. The staff at check in were incredibly friendly and super helpful.

United StatesThe only issue I had was, I asked for a late check out. So the next day came and I’m taking my time getting my kids ready and the front desk kept calling up to the room asking me when was I planning on leaving the property??? I had to explain myself twice that I asked for a late check out the night before. They kept saying it was only granted to Marriott members only. And I kept telling them that indeed I was a Marriott member. Come to find out when I got down stairs. The same guy who kept calling up to the room was the same guy that was trying to helped me figure out how to get the room key to come up on my Marriott member app.
I really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

United StatesOther guests are very rude during the night. Doors slamming, people talking loudly at all hours of the night. Maybe a reminder when people check in that they need to remember they are in a hotel and need to be courteous to the needs of other guests by being quiet during the night. Also other hotels we've stayed in provide hand or body lotion bottles and shampoo. Not a big fan of the bottles on the shower wall. Who knows what could be in them. Its just little things that make the stay more enjoyable.
Staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean.

United StatesVery slow in responding to our need for extra towels. The baby vomited. We cleaned it up but had to use all of our towels. I told the front desk but nothing happened. We called housekeeping later and they brought only 2 bath towels. There were five in our party.
Everyone in my party (three generations) was satisfied with the breakfast. Fruit was especially tasty.
