The air conditioning didn't work right. But I didn't want to bug anybody with it so that's my fault. But that was really the only thing.

The people there are always so nice. That's probably the best part. The vibes are good.

Liked the old rooms alot better,,jet tubs,fire place, and I really liked the older couch ,I hated that our toilet ran and ran,we haf to keep fixing it,

The room was not cleaned well, there was hair on the sinks and in the shower still, found a shirt still in the bedroom from previous stay, and there were teenagers knocking on the doors and running away

The hot tub was dirty.

Location. Splash Lagoon was right next door. So many places to eat either a short walk or 5-10 minute car ride away. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was outdated and sort of dirty. The tub had others' hair in the drains (jet tub), and the bathroom sink had a battery and something else shoved down in it. The breakfast area was a cluster! There is very little space for the number of families wanting to eat. A redesign would be great!

The cost for puppy for one night, $50, more than any other hotel we stayed at, but last year it was $75 and the rugs were a problem- they have since changed out rug for floors that are washable and comfortable for dogs and humans!

That are pet friendly so they are exceptional for that fact!!

Someone left the alarm clock set for midnight so that woke us up first night and 2nd night the fire alarm woke us at 6:40a.m.. The room furniture needs updating as the beds squeeked and the bathroom needs paint. We had to ask for a hairdryer and had only 1 tiny bar of soap.

There were 3 of us so we liked having 3 beds. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevator was broken which really did not effect us cause taking the staircase was more convenient to where our room was located but I can see that being a nuisance. Our last day of vacation the fire alarm went off twice, one at 640 and the other at 940. It does appear this is a common occurrence, however it was shut off shortly after.

Where to start: We rented the two bed room suite and were not sure what we were getting because the description on the ad are not the best. When first entering the suite was the living room and kitchen. The living room was a good size with its own tv and the fireplace was a very nice touch. You really don't find those in hotels. The couch can pull out into a bed, not sure how comfy it would be we didn't use it but the couch itself was comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful, it was nice to have a full kitchen to work with. The sink even had a garbage disposal. The only thing I would of liked to see was a pizza cutter, can opener, and tongs. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook a simple meal, a full size oven, pans, pots, strainer, plates, bowels, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, and a casserole dish. A microwave, toaster, and four cup coffee pot are included. To finish it off a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedrooms each have queen beds, dressers, and TVs. There are plugs with two USB ports attached to each side of the beds which floating bedside shelves. A closet to hang clothes and conveniently towels to dry. Conveniently Attached to the bedroom are private full bathroom with the only down side being the height of the tubs which are not short people friendly. There was some general wear and tear throughout the suite such as cracks, tearing wall paper and dents in the wall but it's not a brand new hotel so I find that normal. Our rooms were clean. The hotel also had a nice size pool, hot tub and basketball court. The breakfast was the same options everyday which worked for my family. If not there was always the option to cook in the room. The staff was great and welcoming, always professional. The location was great with the surrounding restaurants and gas stations, along with a super walmart just down the road. We did not come for splash lagoon but it is nice how the hotel is attached.

They need to take more care to cleaning the floors in rooms. Also, a little bit of paint goes a long way. If they were to repaint somethings it would make it so much nicer.

The room was Exactly what I was looking for this trip..I had to travel with my mom n dad to PA for my sons reception, he n his wife are both in the airforce so this was even more special especially for my parents cause they haven't seen him in over 2yrs..besides that it was important to me for them to be comfortable as the trip here was a 7hour drive, so when we got here it was a relief to see they even had their own bathroom..I also had to cook for 65 people,I had pre made some things so having an oven n stove to fry up a ton of chicken cutlets was great.I forgot oven mitts and 2 other utensils that thankfully was provided there in kitchen.I was able to do exactly what I needed to do and accommodate my parents.

A little noisy but that is to be expected. Both sinks were clogged up to where it took a while for them to drain.

Room was good and clean, but the bathtub was very slippery to stand in to take a shower. For a suite I would have thought that there would have been some utensils available to use. Not many people going on vacation are packing them.

The pool floor had water everywhere. The drains did not work. Very bad situation for people walking in it. Someone could have fallen and gotten hurt. Garbage can wasn’t emptied out under the sink when we arrived and dishes were in the dishwasher. Not bad things listed here but could be improved with a little effort ! The pull out bed was not comfortable.

When we arrived the reservation was wrong but Megan at the front desk did everything to try and correct the situation. A BIG shout out to her. The maintenance man was so NICE he fixed a clogged drain and fixed the door lock so our door keys would work. The breakfast was very nice and good. Our room was clean. The king bed was comfortable.

We did not have a coffee pot that worked. It had to be replaced. The phone did not work. There were spider webs in our bedroom. the vents were full of dust. The pool was too small for all of our grand klids when a few other people was there..

Lobby area needs to be cleaned up. We had a 1980's era jacuzzi tub in bathroom. It should have been removed during the reno.

My wife liked the sheets! Bed was comfortable, swivel TV was convenient. Check in person was helpful and switched our rooms immediately [because 1st one was beside the elevator]. Breakfast was OK. Room had a kitchen for extended stay which looked ok. Impressed with the flowers out front- there are no deer in the area to eat them I guess. The place is suited for kids and the nearby waterpark.
