You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel did not honor Booking.com price. I was checked in and they charged me a price and I used my credit card. I noticed that it was higher than what Booking.com quoted but at the time I did not have the email. I went and got the email and showed it to them, but for some reason they could not or would not honor the price Booking.com quoted. I told them that I was retired military, a senior and they gave me a $5 discount. Very disappointing. Am I going to have problems in the future with Booking.com prices.

United StatesI wish there were a few more options for breakfast. I don't really like the yellow color scheme of the room, but that is a matter of personal preference and is also likely mandated by Days Inn corporate policy.
The beds were really comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The room was very reasonably priced. And the internet was decently fast (relative to other hotels) where I was able to successfully watch a day long video webinar with minimal interruptions. It was also within walking distance of several nice restaurants and bars.

United Statesno access to the pool (the gate was locked for the duration of the stay). semi trucks took up almost all the parking so it was difficult to find a space one night. air conditioners didn’t work well.
central location in tifton and right near all the restaurants. staff was welcoming and helpful. housekeeping was incredibly kind and accommodating. breakfast was good given that most hotels still don’t offer it.
