Cost of valet parking across the road - but it's the same everywhere in NOLA.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, built around a courtyard. Our room was off a second floor courtyard of its own, which would have been great for brunching if we'd had the time. The room was small (as booked) but one might almost say opulent. Staff were great. Hotel bar was nice, made all the nicer by the complimentary wine. Didn't hear a peep from Bourbon Street once inside.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a bit slow but the shower was fine. Overall it was great!

Fantastic location - close to EVERYTHING!! The staff are super friendly and there is complimentary water in the lobby which was very nice. The A/C worked great and the security of the hotel was great.

Didn't clean room once, maybe twice. Fire alarm at 2:30 am! No coffee in lobby. Should've asked for a blanket - pretty cool in room, but needed air conditioner on.

Outlets on the wall opposite the beds didn't work at all, and the room got really musty because the one tiny window doesn't open. It got particularly stuffy after a shower.

Our window looked out to some dire backstreet that was mostly concrete and other peoples windows.

Excellent location the French quarter close to everything yet a sanctuary from the madness of Bourbon st. Super helpful staff who offered lots of recommendations. Super comfy bed that felt like we were sleeping on clouds.

I couldn’t get the climate control to the right comfort level.

It’s an old ,quaint hotel that is right in the French Quarters. It was clean and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We Being two females traveling, we felt safe and comfortable in the hotel and outside area.

The room was a bit spartan, could have used a comfortable chair and some kind of table.

Breakfast was very good. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was in a little courtyard that was very peaceful considering it was a block from Bourbon Street!

The hotel itself was very nice, but our room was very, very small. Numerous couples ( friends of ours) booked the same room type and got decent sized rooms.

Perfect location just off Bourbon Street, with an easy walk to all the sights and the street car. We had a room off the courtyard so the noise from Bourbon wasn’t too bad, and we all (even our kids) got a good nights sleep.

The breakfast was not worth the price and the hotel felt a bit too historic in terms of old age (just needs a mini facelift!)

I loved the location as it was right near the action of the French Quarter. The room felt very clean despite it being an older building. Water pressure in shower was amazing! I just would like the hotel itself to have a bit of an upgrade and renovation for the walls, halls, doors, etc. The complimentary waters were greatly appreciated and such a great move!

We had ants and other bugs in our room, on the bed almost every day. Not sure if they came Down from the chandelier. The toilet ran and shower leaked. The room and bathroom could do with an update.

The location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Courtyard was very cool.

First room while nice was next to elevator and had to move. Second room (ADA) was quiet but musty odor from restroom and general mildew smell to the room. It had been rainy and towels were along the door to keep water out.

The staff was awesome working thru a couple if issues with room and having to extend one day (airline trouble. The location was close to everything but not in the middle of everything.
