Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandCost of valet parking across the road - but it's the same everywhere in NOLA.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, built around a courtyard. Our room was off a second floor courtyard of its own, which would have been great for brunching if we'd had the time. The room was small (as booked) but one might almost say opulent. Staff were great. Hotel bar was nice, made all the nicer by the complimentary wine. Didn't hear a peep from Bourbon Street once inside.

Fantastic location - close to EVERYTHING!! The staff are super friendly and there is complimentary water in the lobby which was very nice. The A/C worked great and the security of the hotel was great.

Excellent location the French quarter close to everything yet a sanctuary from the madness of Bourbon st. Super helpful staff who offered lots of recommendations. Super comfy bed that felt like we were sleeping on clouds.

It’s an old ,quaint hotel that is right in the French Quarters. It was clean and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We Being two females traveling, we felt safe and comfortable in the hotel and outside area.

I loved the location as it was right near the action of the French Quarter. The room felt very clean despite it being an older building. Water pressure in shower was amazing! I just would like the hotel itself to have a bit of an upgrade and renovation for the walls, halls, doors, etc. The complimentary waters were greatly appreciated and such a great move!

United StatesFirst room while nice was next to elevator and had to move. Second room (ADA) was quiet but musty odor from restroom and general mildew smell to the room. It had been rainy and towels were along the door to keep water out.
The staff was awesome working thru a couple if issues with room and having to extend one day (airline trouble. The location was close to everything but not in the middle of everything.
