Needs cleaned, several things didn't work, phone, toilet didn't flush good, some lights didn't work, bed was not very comfortable, breakfast options sucked, staff is not very helpful, especially the day lady, the hot water going out for over 12 hours was not a very good thing for my stay. No where for dogs to go potty, lots of noise at night. Pool wasn't usable and smelled very strong of chemicals, most likely a chemical imbalance. No water in hot tub. Pictures online are deceiving..

The floors noticeably slanted in our room, the soda machine was empty of most drinks, the pool was disgusting so we didn't use, and the hot tub wasn't even filled. Also was a light flashing on and off in pool area.

The building was in disrepair, not clean, and understaffed. It's gross to have to bring your own dirty towels to the front desk, for exchange. It's also disgusting to find other people's hair in the shower

Not a good sign when I was checking in, when there's a sign saying that you have to bring your own dirty towels to the front desk for the exchange of new ones. I found multiple long hairs in the shower that were absolutely not mine, as I'm a bald man. The carpets in the hallways we're pretty much disgusting, and every door jamb needed repair and paint. The place just was not very well maintained. Front desk people were friendly but that's about it. Breakfast was pretty Limited especially if you try to eat healthy. There were not even any type of eggs, scrambled, boiled Etc

Some of the furniture is old, like the sofa bed and some drawers that couldn't be used, but everything else was fine for us.

The picture you display is very misleading. This property definitely needs updating. The chair in my room was so bad I never sat in it. Needs to be thrown out. My card was charged a $200 cleaning fee after I checked out because my son didn’t take out the trash and I was informed he broke a luggage rack in his room. When asked for proof I was told the room had already been cleaned so they had no proof. Now when we checked in we were given an option to pay cash with a $100 deposit for incidentals but because I paid with a card they charged me after the fact. I was already headed home on the highway. Please beware they are scandalous and I will be filing a claim regarding the charge. I will never stay here again.

Very false advertisement. The facility is very ran down. Walk in to a mildew smell of the room. The shower squealed the whole time. The bathroom door only opened 1/4 of the way before dragging across the floor. There was mold in the window, the window was busted, water damage on the wall. Outlet covers cracked, blow dryer plug cracked. The trim around the tub is metal and is sticking up and can stab foot on. I walked the rest of the building and almost every window has water damage and mold that is caulked and painted over. Fire system seems to be very old not sure if up to date (might be I’m not sure) rust was on all the covers of the fire sprinklers. Down the hall plug in covers are cracked. Door trim is separated on the outsides of doors in the halls. If our room looks like this and this is a master suite questions me of what other rooms look like. I have many pictures and videos of all this and the walk through. Many safety concerns that I don’t believe had true inspections that is supposed to be done by the 1st of august. We are staying here at the beginning of September and if this inspection was done this last month then it wasn’t inspected by a professional.

The guy at the desk was very polite. That’s the only good thing I have to say. Room smelt musty and many safety concerns I will pursue to make sure gets attention.

Booked 1st time a handicaps king room, ended up going with neighbor instead of husband so changed the bed to 2 queens and still handicap. After we checked in went to room, used the bathroom and when sitting down we had both fell hard to the seat cause toilet was so low, hurt our butt bones pretty good. Then no bars to help pull us us. I had hip replaced which I still have issues with that hip and could hardly get up. The shower curtain sucks, front desk said no water is suppose to come through so there was no need for a liner which is totall5 wrong, there was water all over the floor, that was ridiculous. Then then tub had no grid things down so was really bad being slippery. Hard to wash and they to be safe and not slip and no bars in there. No door knob sign saying do not disturb? Really so the only 2 times a lady came she didn't knock before entering, just opened the door. Could have been naked which really made me mad1st day we got there after unpacking when we left for dinner I ask front desk what a superior room was, she said just aluttle larger room which both times calling I specified handicap. And 2nd time I called when I change to the queen beds booking.com said to call directly to the hotel to change the room which I specified again as like the 1st time I needed a handicaps room so that was done from the staff at the hotel of nit giving me what I ask for. And as for the toilet they did give us a seat riser which helped somewhat and when I told them about how slippery the tub was, someone had thrown a bath tower in tub for us to lay out and stand up lol. Trash cans were only emptied once, I took a plastic grocery bag and filled that with our 2 little trash cans and set bag in hallway. When I booked I seen where it said pool but my fault I didn't read good to see it was a inside pool.

I told the front desk that we came in for our Anniversary and he just said "Okay" Then later on I ask for some toiletries because my husband forgot his and it was to late to pick up some, and they had none. It would have been nice if our Anniversary was a least acknowledge with "Happy Anniversary" or something instead of 'Okay"

The breakfast was better then I expected. I loved the Hardwoods floors because I hate carpet, because it can trap a lot of dust and dirt. I'm thankful for the refrigerator, having a family it came in handy.

I reserved a king bed room and was told that is what I would be getting. It was not a king bed room but rather two full size room bed. We only stayed one night so I did not address this with them, but you should get what you paid for.

The location was great and about 16 minute drive to the Ozark Amphitheater.

Dirty. Our room had long black hair in shower and floor. Faucet and toilet loose. Front door of hotel was very dirty. Tile broken. We left for the day thinking our room would be cleaned like we had stayed at a lot of different hotels in the past. Nope, we came back to how we left it. Very disappointed…No cleaning services unless you stay 4 days. Or if you tell them!! What? The price was outrageous for this hotel. Reviews make it sound good. This hotel is not worth the $170 a night. More like a motel 6 at $30. I definitely would not recommend this low budget hotel with a higher price to anyone.

Dogs barking in rooms. I walked pass 307 to get to 309 our room and a very large dog started barking and I thought it was coming through the door. Overall smell whether it was from dogs or pot definitely weird smell in hall ways at times. Room did not have the smell. Dirt or grease mark on bathroom door trim. Back of doors scratched up you could tell probably dogs in our room since remodel. Hair between bed and headboard that was mounted to wall.

Location was ok and it was available on short notice. My daughter plays softball and we had a chance to sub on a team at ballpark nationals. Everything close was booked already. Location was not bad. Did not wake up with stuffy nose or sore throat so you can tell filters are changed. Bed was comfortable and slept well. It did the job. We travel a lot I have been in worse hotels, but not the best one for cost.

I will advise anyone not to stay at this facility. I come to this facility every July 4th weekend with my family. However, this weekend I was charged a false charge. Multiple staff members advised me that I will get a refund back once manager arrives due to charge was for the wrong room. The manager Sam got back and was no help he basically told me to find out who did it and have them pay me back.

The pool was dirty. Top of pool wall above waterline was grey to blackish in color. Pool towels weren't big or thick enough to dry yor hands. Elevator floor dirty when first arrived and had weird grinding sound when closed. Carpet in hall dirty but no debris. Room ok but after first impression kind of wondered just how clean it actually was. Only spent one night and that was enough. Won't stay again at any Red Roof Inn.
