The towels in the bathroom were very old and rough and thin. Thankfully, we brought our own beach towels. The hallways smell like cigarettes and the hotel overall looks like it needs a renovation.

The location was great and close to several restaurants and only 10 min away from Seaside heights. The room was very spacious and we were very happy that it was pet friendly. They do charge you an extra $100 for pets.

It was a smaller room than what we’ve had before the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. no blankets on the beds just sheets and when I asked for blankets they never brought any. The pool wasn’t heated like it usually is, too much chlorine in it couldn’t see the bottom, mildew around the outside

The shower curtain in the room smelled so horrific, it needs to be replaced. We only stayed one night and we were out most of the stay so it was easily ignored.

Check in was easy and the kids loved the pool. It was a comfortable stay for the family.

The air conditioner didn't work. It was uncomfortable to sleep. There was a dried substance on the curtain that looked like blood. The remote for the TV had no back on it and was so worn you couldn't tell what any of the buttons were. The breakfast place was small and had no air. It was too hot to eat in there. They didn't have much to offer and the waffle Machine didn't work right. No working vending machines and no ice maker on our floor. We had to search for it and found it on another floor. They could put a sign up telling you where it is. And the rate was way over the top. I paid $321 for the night and it definitely wasn't worth that much.

It was okay except the room was missing things. Housekeeping needs to be trained better to pay attention to detail. And, management and maintenance should check each room for missing and non- working or broken items. I probably won't stay in another HJ again.

Parking lots were gross. Trash everywhere, there was an area by the pool, the patio area that was a bit run down. Broken chairs, trash, bottles. We were in B building and there was alot of trash on the grounds. Our shower didnt drain but we didnt say anything, just fyi

Front desk staff was excellent, super friendly and helpful. Convenient location, we had our dog with us, and there was plenty of places to walk! Bed was super comfy. Great breakfast options!

Room looked like it needed some attention, one of the faucet handles wasn't even mounted properly, there were some questionable dents in the wall, and the rust stains in the tub were prominent.

The hotel is only 15 minutes from the shore, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops in that area. The room was big enough for two people to comfortably move around and the balcony was a nice touch. As long as you don't plan on spending your entire trip in the hotel room, you should be fine.
