The facilities weren’t up to par, broken furniture, outdated appliances. The people that hung out there deterred me from ever wanting to stay there again.

The property needs investment, the other residents were able inconsiderate being noisy at night.

The location was idea for access to South Florida University and the price was low.

Unfortunately the area is sketchy. Are we going it's an older hotel with a lot of disrepair. - Horrible water pressure, - the tub hardly drained ( standing in 4 inches of water for a quick 5-minute shower, took 20 more minutes to drain after shower was over), - soundproofing is horrible we were on the back of the building facing the pool yet could hear all the main road traffic and every single ambulance police car and everything else that went down Busch Blvd - went to ask one of the housekeeping staff a question to be informed that they spoke absolutely no English - at first glance the room looked neat but as you were there and looked around you could see it really truly needed a deep cleaning

Bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. No wonder the sidewalls were rotted in the bathroom. Saw one roach, just one but still.

It’s close to a lot of things walking distance. The people there are plenty nice. The rooms themselves are let’s just say the pics were clearly taken at least ten years ago. I’m a trucker, I can stay anywhere. If you only care about price not that bad but if you want a nice motel, this one is not it.

My room was in desperate need of some TLC. Amenities were literally falling off the walls.

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient at checkout and check-in. Also, free newspapers… At checkout, Yolanda let me practice my Spanish with her.

Truth be told the room really wasn’t that clean, A/C blew out a plume of dust after turning it back on again in the morning, there were some flies although it is Florida and the hotel is set up where the doors open to the outside, and the price for the room was definitely a bit outrageous for the quality of the hotel. I would not have given this place more than 2 stars if it weren’t for the front desk staff who deserve 10/10 which is why I rated the overall stay a 5. It is an okay place to rest your head when you’re on a budget in Tampa, traveling through, or just needing 4 walls, a bed, and a shower to keep you okay for a night. I also felt very safe walking in and around to the room and whilst staying in the room.

The clerks were some really nice guys and even though you could tell that they were tired and most likely fed up with peoples complaints they still greeted everyone with a smile and had worked to create an efficient service!

It’s in a pretty bad neighborhood - there was a robbery incident that the staff was dealing with as we were checking out. Building is very old and not well maintained. The actual rooms don’t look as good as the pictures.

The inn is close to Busch Gardens and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

Not the first time I have stayed at this location...it is very close to where I was going the next morning, so that was the only plus. Room was visibly dirty and shabby as it was the last time, but for the time and price, meh, I guess that's what you get.
