The hall air on the floor we were on wasn't working. Not the biggest deal since it didn't affect the air in our room. Room stayed nice & cool. Would have liked the pool area to be open a little later for late night swimming.

The morning/day front desk lady was super helpful & very friendly. Housekeeping was great. All the staff I ran into was nice.

Booking should have honored its agreement not to charge me. I was to pay at the desk only.

I was charged for the room twice. Once by Booking (which was not supposed to happen) and once by the hotel (which was supposed to happen). It took quite a bit of time trying to get it sorted out and I am still not sure it is sorted out.

Overall the facility was good. However, they allow pets to stay and I do not like staying in a hotel that allows pets. The common areas had an undesirable smell, occasional barking, dogs on leashes in common areas.

Room was clean, larger then average 3 star hotel room, there was a hot cooked breakfast included with room fee, which in this post Covid time most hotels still aren’t offering. Staff was friendly and always willing to accommodate.

Walked into a room with toilet seat up and it looked like someone used it. No toilet roll for toilet paper. The door stuck in the bathroom and was hard to close.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door stuck and hard to close. There was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper roll was open and on the counter and seat up like someone had used it before we got there. Elevator was VERY slow. The hot breakfast was over sold by staff. It’s scrambled eggs and sausage and continental style stuff. It was ok though the coffee cups are the smallest cups ever. Like 3-4 oz?

The staff was amazing and the bed was comfortable! It was pretty quiet.

Rooms were old and really outdated, and smelled like mold. I was unable to sleep due to strong mold odor. The curtains were dirty and stained, really need new curtains.

Everything just kind of seemed outdated like the carpet, bathroom all seemed old and ready for a redo. The window curtains had water stains and maybe a little bit of mold growing from the AC right below them need to be cleaned or changed out. Also, it seemed like it took a long time for the shower water to get hot I almost thought I was going to have to take cold showers.

Location was the best thing for us.

MANY health and safety code violations and needs inspection ASAP. Lack of staff to manage and maintain healthy environment. The first room looked as if someone had just vacated room. Missing towels, linens. The few there were not fresh. TV broken, desk chair broken. Only one staff working the entire property, so she moved us to another room. 2nd room was WORSE! Toilet didn’t flush, had to take to the top off tank to get it to work. The bathtub had black mold growing around the tub. At 6:30am the next morning, a sign was placed on the elevator that it was “Out of Order” which is a HUGE problem when you are on the 4th floor!!! After it being down 3 hours, I call the front desk and they said the elevator people were called and would be there today or tomorrow. (NO OFFER TO ASSIST HELPING US DOWNSTAIRS OR APOLOGIES.) My husband gets stuck downstairs and waits for the elevator to be fixed. While waiting he observed the unattended breakfast area. The people who did eat left there table and 2 hours later the old food, plates, ….from that family was still sitting there! He observed numerous people opening the pastry case and reaching in with their hands to get what they wanted as no tongs were present. Upon leaving there were no staff anywhere downstairs, my husband said the elevator just randomly started working even though they said no one had come to work on it. (So getting on the one elevator they have you might get stuck in or carrying all your luggage downstairs in several trips due us both having bad knees was quite the dilemma.)

The toilet seat had a crack in it and it pinched. Also it refilled extremely slow. My husband had gotten cut on the tub stopper when he bathed. The pillows were flat. Mattress was hard.
