Needs updating, which makes the floor and baseboards look dirty. Vertical blinds on sliding door need to be replaced with room-darkening curtains.

Right on the ocean, clean & comfortable bed, clean towels, quiet, nice furnishings and appliances, staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Somethings needed up dated Door to balcony did not lock, had a board to hold door close.......for 214.00 a night that was unexceptable. Some of the Blinds were missing to the balcony slide and balcony window......those things put a small Disappointment there. We had 2days there, so made the best of it.

(None of these were so bad that we would not book this room again): The air conditioning vents in the living room and bedroom blow overly fast and cold on the person sitting on one side of the sofa or sleeping on one side of the bed (okay with a light jacket or blanket on). Also, even with a "constant fan" setting, the air conditioners go on and off, and when they go on it makes just enough of a noise to fully wake a person up who is just drifting off to sleep. (We found, though, that once we were totally asleep it no longer woke us. So, in total, it might have only cost us 10 or 15 minutes' sleep each night - and it's not a LOUD noise, so it might not bother some people at all. // One bathroom has poor water pressure in the shower. In the other bathroom, when you flush the toilet, it makes a kind of high-pitched whining sound. Just don't flush when people are sleeping and you'll be fine. That bathroom also has a built-in air freshener that was unappreciated by us, but way less bothersome to sensitive noses than most. // There is zero cabinet space - not even one shelf on which to put a few groceries. The drinking water from the tap is iffy; I'd recommend bringing bottled water. The second bed - a pullout sofa - has a mattress that is barely adequate. It's clean but you can very slightly feel the springs underneath. If you're tired from a day on the beach you should be able to sleep on it. // There is only a choice of fairly firm pillows. // There is no place to get change to use the air hockey table or pinball machine, which require coins. The foosball table is free and had a ball that worked. The ping pong table was free but there was no ball there suitable for it. // There is an earlyish checkout time of 10am with almost no exceptions. // There are no windows to open - only the huge balcony doors with no screens.

The view from the room CANNOT be beat - even more amazing than the picture. See the sky change color as the sun rises and sets over the ocean. (We moved the table in front of the huge window to eat.) We could open and close the large glass doors leading to the balcony to get fresh air and hear the ocean. The beach is very clean, with no rocks or broken seashells on the sand to prevent you from walking barefoot comfortably. The ocean water temperature in May was surprisingly mild - no colder than most indoor swimming pools. Having two bathrooms is fantastic, and one of them has a jacuzzi and terrific water pressure for the shower. After you check out you can still take advantage of the beach, and there is at least an outdoor shower for rinsing off, and public changing rooms and toilets. (Actually, I didn't go IN these facilities; maybe there ARE indoor showers there; you'd have to ask.) For less than the price of the hotels on the beach, we had what we felt were superior facilities.

Somewhat outdated.

Location was good... Staff was matter of fact and professional but wouldn't consider them friendly. Pool was fantastic and well cared for, but no beach access due to construction. Rooms are comfortable and more than practical... But a facelift or renovation would sure make this place stand out as it is somewhat outdated... Overall a great stay and overall experience... Would not hesitate staying here in the future...

The only negatives would be--the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable and parking was a nightmare. The overflow lot was full, forcing several guests to park in non-parking zones with the chance of being towed.

Great room, clean and complete with kitchen and TWO bathrooms!:) Our key was ready for us upon arrival--the front desk was very informative and friendly.

Now only thing I didn't like is who ever was in charge of cleaning our room either had a bad day or that's not the job for them 🤔 good thing I always re-clean my rooms wherever I go! But I still give it a 8 out10 will I go back sure

I like the layout of the room with the full function kitchen and 2 bathrooms. jet tub was awesome. also like the security feature where you have to have a key for everything and the lobby door locks at night

The bed was a spring bed and very uncomfortable by day two. Also, the room was pretty clean but the a/c vents on ceiling and the wall a/c units were so dusty. I coughed a lot due to the dust because I'm sensitive to it.

Great location, beautiful view, nice pool and staff was very friendly! It is very easy to get to the beach and you can see everything right from the room balcony. Gorgeous sunrise/sunset views. You are also given keys to access hotel and hotel areas after hours which was a great sense of security.
