“Whipstock is a lovely farm cottage, 10km off a dirt road, surrounded by mountains, with beautiful clear night skies and crisp, peaceful mornings. A family of ducks and ducklings and 3 lovely cats made it feel homely and my daughter enjoyed their company. A lovely dam close by where you could swim on warm summer days or take a little boat on the water. Our host Sindy was friendly and accommodating, brought a braai for us to use outside the cottage. Robertson is close by and we could easily drive out and explore the wine and olive farms and restaurants too.”
