Staff were helpful and friendly. Dorm and bathrooms were very clean. Bed and pillow was comfy. And, you can lock your valuables up without having your own lock (it's automated via your keycard). Breakfast was satisfying. Location - amazing. Great all in all!

It was really good, I liked the vibes, little shops close by, next door and across the road I got some nice smoothies. So lovely, my first visit to Africa.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and there was a smell of sewage in there during my stay. Also it took a couple of days for them to refill the hand gel. The breakfast was good but could have more options on the menu for guests.

Very nice and modern hostel in a good location. The staff are very helpful and the laundry service was great. Good value for money overall.

The pods can get very warm during the night. No kitchen to cook. Lots of families. No hostel vibe.

The room with pods is amazing. You have privacy and during the night it is relatively quiet. The pods were spacious. You had a lot of room in them. You had several toilets and showers for the room which were clean.

It was centrally located and provided a convenient and comfortable experience. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were delicious. The beds were also very comfortable.

Issue with electricity in one of the dorm rooms and staff tried to ignore the situation, blaming on load shedding while other rooms have no such issue. The bathroom is not clean and is stinky. The dorm room is right on the main road, with windows open (no AC), hence it gets noisy in the early morning with traffic.

Great common area, breakfast is great with different options. The storage space in the dorm room is huge.

The surrounding of the place is noisy and there is no parking at all, one must pay for parking near the place at a rate of R13. 00 per hour.

The breakfast was fine except the fact that is the same menu every day until you check out.

I’m not sure if this is a service the hostel provides but if there could be a provision of breakfast for people who have to leave early i.e. work (like me) or early airport run.

Location is quite convenient for someone who is relying on public transportation such as Uber and MyCiti bus. Unfortunately I had to go to work early so I missed out on breakfast during my day since breakfast time is at 7:30 until 10am.

The sleeping rooms were just enough for our family and the food has limited offering that was inclusive but filling. Perfect for Cape Town sightseeing trip it offers comfortable rest

Restaurant is lackluster. The staff seemed exhausted and messed up my order. Wouldn't recommend unless you're absolutely starving.

Breakfast was basic. Location is nice near nightlife, museums, and other touristic hubs. Staff were also super friendly and accommodating !

Huge baxkpackers place. More suitable for a group of people or a short stay

Located in a busy area with everything around, markets, restaurants,...And walkable distance to V&A. Bo Kaap is just a few mn walks. The breakfast is a menu, you can choose your kind of breakfast
