The long road up to the apartment was very narrow and it was a dirt road.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The pool and views were breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, providing ample room to unwind and enjoy our time together. Netflix proved to be a delightful addition, perfect for cozying up on rainy days. Every essential was thoughtfully provided, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We can't wait to return!

The view is quite lovely. We had everything we needed and at night we took the camping loungers out onto the terrace and laid back and stared at the stars. Since there is no light pollution at the lodge you are treated to an expanse of stars. The bird life is beautiful; spotted Knysna loeries in flight and the pool is also a treat. The rooms have bathrobes and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is a BBQ (Weber braai) available. The layout of the unit is pleasant and set up to make the most of the view. Would come again.

For the price, beauty and quality of the structure, and the fact that it is a nature reserve I would have expected more eco friendly and not so much plastic and cheap looking furnishing and accessories.

1.Asking and being told that braai briquettes and starter lighters were available at the site, only to find out that there was not. This resulted in us having to drive straight back into the town to buy this. 2. We ordered additional breakfast without realizing that there was a breakfast pack in each apartment. If we had been informed before we ordered the breakfast , we would not have ordered additional breakfasts. The breakfast was, however very good and hosted in lovely spot with beautiful view.

There's nothing I didn't like, truly and honestly. Everything was in fact just perfect.

Views Views Views!!!!! The views were nothing short of spectacular. Every morning I woke up smiling from ear to ear, because of those beautiful views. I loved how tranquil everything was, it truly put me and family in state of relaxation. We didn't want to leave! We came up for my mother's 60th birthday and it was all a surprise for her. Seeing her face once she walked into the apartment was simply amazing! This place truly is phenomenal! Keurkloof 6 truly exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much staff of Alkantmooi private nature reserve for making our stay so pleasant. A special thank you to Ne-Lize and Beverley who made sure we were most comfortable and had everything we needed!
