Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A “little” oasis surrounded by green, lush trees and animals. The second time in St. Lucia did not disappoint although it was much quieter than last time due to the travel restrictions. Very friendly staff who always trying to please and the most comfortable beds ever help you to unwind and relax.

SwedenThe lodge seem to have passed it’s glory days and seems to be decaying a bit, that’s a shame since the spot and the overall facilities has great potential.
Amazulu Lodge has a wonderful African/Zulu ambiance, the pool area was nice. The location in St.Lucia is suberb with everything within walking distance. Breakfast and cleaning staff did a great job and showed a lot of hospitality!

The location is good, on the main road. Good safe parking. Nice pool to relax by. The rooms were neat and tidy, It would be nice if the TV was bigger and better positioned.

AustraliaThe pool was dirty and the room had a very musty small to it. I know tourism is just getting back to full strength, and this may not reflect the usual conditions when there is more than a few guests at the property. But we stayed at much nicer places for the money in the region.

The staff are phenomenal, so friendly and amazing knowledge of the area. They even booked the boat tour at no extra cost for us to ensure we got a space on what was a very busy excursion!
