Hostess, all of them, were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and very well equiped. They try to accomodate our special requirements for breakfast quite well. A beautiful cozy place to stay.

The location was perfect for the beach. The hotel in general and our room in particular, was very comfortable and spotlessly maintained. The staff were lovely, and the breakfasts declicious.

When booking through Bookings.com you seem to always get what is left room wise. Especially when only booking a single. Was disappointed with room choice as it was the ground floor, overlooking the road and carport, and for safety reasons, one couldn't open the windows. I don't do well with aircon. Maybe adding burglar bars to windows will solve that problem

We were sitting on the veranda & read the lounge area was also relaxing it has that tranquility. we could walk to the beach and walk to have supper to resturant on the beach it's was most relaxing.The most Friendliest Staff making one feel at home

We loved it all!!! The only minor notes and very personal point view: - Being called “Ma’am” and “Sir” isn’t our thing - but luckily the staff members stopped this after the first brief conversations. :-) - Daily towel change wasn’t needed. Instead a bigger towel rack would have helped.

Everything was great!! We even got a hand written welcome note! Extremely clean, caring and professional staff, modern and well maintained facilities. From private parking on site to free sunscreen in the sunroof, the hotel does it all. Amazing breakfast and great availability of in-house bistro that was just for guests (ergo no reservations needed).

Nothing although a relaxing quiet outdoor terrace would have been nice.

A very convenient location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were particularly welcoming and very willing. The room was large and nicely appointed. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The sunny conservatory was a good meeting up point.

Nothing -- all great! (maybe having to switch on the kettle by placing it on the floor was unexpected but I actually didn't mind)

The location was open and light; I was very late for breakfast but everything was still there, and the food hot. A total plus. I particularly want to mention both the staff I encountered - each went out of her way to be friendly, calm, and helped me with a couple of things I needed. I was impressed and appreciative.

Nothing not to like it was amazing, clean and great value for money.

Beautiful clean hotel, very well run, the staff are amazing go above & beyond to help they are such lovely people, the hotel was very comfortable with a lovely conservatory to sit in of an evening with a glass of wine, the breakfast room attached is large open & the breakfast was amazing, cerial, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast buffet style scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns plus, toast, croissants, Danish pastries just fantastic sets you up for the days plus tea, coffee, juices. The room was so nice and spacious extra large very comfortable bed, bright airy, quiet and tea/coffee little biscuits and water, TV was great it spins to face the bed, aircon, large bathroom with great shower. The hotel is right opposite the lovely beach, the cafe there is good and worth a visit, but the restaurant opposite was closed when we wanted to go on Sunday afternoon & Monday but it's open every other day, sorry we never tried it, shops are OK in area & cafes, we went the Indian round the corner it was nice but Kalk Bay is only a 20 minute walk & much better cafes & bars there & uber operate here finely. Overall a great stay for 3 nights we would go back. Theresa on reception was so nice, all the staff happy smiling and liked to talk to us which we enjoyed very much.
